  Excelente el servicio y comoda la habitacion; aunque debe de recomelarse dado que son un poco anticuadas las instalaciones; pero en general todo estuvo excelente, volveria a hospedarme en el hotel si fuera de Nuevo por negocios

  Casino okay, hotel and food places disappointed

  2nd time we have made reservations for a king size room only to show up and be told told all they had were 2 queen bed rooms. Duh, how did you take our reservation for King size 1 week earlier and then dont have one. Buffet is very disappointing-easily the worse of all Casino buffets we have tried. The "Hop House" was equally disappointing this visit. We have eaten there before and enjoyed it-but this time it didnt come close. Service was slow, food was slow to come to table and when it arrived-lacked appeal. Casino was okay-but very smoky.

  Great Casino, poor hotel

  Good size casino with plenty of options. Took 15 minutes to find our reservation when trying to check in. We had our temperature checked but our other couple didn't. Mgr Blamed it on 3rd party and didn't apologize. Hotel accommodations are poor. I would rate a 2 star, not 3 star. Lobby furniture is from the 80s. Bathroom in room was mediocre at best. Small vanity. Peeling of the chrome coating on Bathroom tub, hot water is boiling hot. Dirt buildup in corners on floor. Bath towel had a brown stain. Crickets in our room. Told front desk and they sent maintenance to remove. Never apologized. Told mgr at checkout and she never apologized either. Mattress was very springy and firm. Lobby floral arrangements have dust buildup and cobwebs. Lobby carpet didnt look like it had been vacuumed in weeks. This place is not clean. Stay elsewhere and then visit the casino. Safety issue, room window was unlocked and slightly open. Overall, poor. Will not be back. Eatery inside casino was very slow service. Waited in line 20 minutes just to place order on a Sunday morning!! Only 1 cook and 1 cashier. Should have taken all the photos but here is a sample of the breezeway from hotel to casino.

  Resort fee.. no resort. No in room anything.

  Wow has this place gone downhill. Used to go stay the night and have the buffet. Buffet is terrible. They charged a resort fee on a free room, with no amenities. Won't be back... There are too many other places to stay now. I'll never understand how they have more competition with the Ohio casinos, and their strategy is less service and add fees.

  Not a place to go for sleep

  I wanted to like this place. We stayed here because of the proximity to the Perfect North and it was handy for that. Driving up, it looks impressive and fancy. Lipstick on a pig. Perhaps if you are an elite member, you get better rooms. The rooms themselves were average and a decent size. I thought the bed was hard but other family members (who like a firm mattress) thought they were ok. Our carpet wasnt bad but some of the other rooms our family stayed in (5 rooms total) had quite a few stains. There was zero sound proofing between the rooms. You could hear the alarm clock going off in the next room. The noise in the hall was excessive and very loud. Our first night the family across the hall let their ~3 year old run and scream in the hall at 1am until someone finally poked their head out (not an employee) and said something to them about the late hour. We enjoyed the coffee shop for a decent cup of java unfortunately people are allowed to smoke there. We arent smokers and the smell took away from the ambiance. The front desk personnel double charged us for the rooms since we used one credit card to make the reservation and then a different one to pay. As of check out time (days later) this hadnt been remedied but they assured us it will be. Unless youre avid gamblers, I dont know why youd stay here. Definitely nothing to offer a family with young kids. I realize theres not much else nearby but worth the drive to get a different hotel and a decent nights sleep.
