  Great hotel in a "curious" location

  First, what a wonderful hotel. Staff, room, bed, bathroom, everything is wonderful. The location is in central Napoli surrounded by apartment buildings and a loud square. The surrounding streets are dark at night and a little unnerving. We were out late each night and never had any trouble but it was intimidating. That is my only reservation about giving this hotel 5 stars because the hotel and staff are wonderful. The building is a modern renovation and has 3 rooms per floor (5 floors total). The lift is the smallest ever, so cute, size 50cm x 100cm! The room is dimly lit and romantic. We had a beautiful balcony. Bathroom is modern with a very good shower and a bidet. Bed was firm and very comfortable. Small desk, hanging space and a refrigerator. Condition very good, housekeeping great. Do not,miss the excellent breakfast on the top floor including outdoor space. One evening we bought a bottle of wine across the square ata grocery and shared it on the top floor patio! We were able to watch the noisy kids in the adjacent square play soccer and later in the night race their motorbikes back and forth beeping their horns. Loud but beautifully Italian, plus the windows and doors are modern and very sound proof. The front desk staff could accommodate every wish (Claudio!!). We would stay here again and recommend it to friends as long as we told them about the adjacent streets. We were completely fine and you will be too. If you are worried you can use cabs to and from the hotel. To the train station is 10 minutes and about 10E.

  Disappointed, sorry!

  I stayed here overnight between flights from Naples airport. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff pleasant enough. So what was wrong....? They arrange an airport shuttle for you. However, it's a private saloon car rather than a mini bus or similar. I was asked to wait at a particular point, and then after 15 minutes, asked to go right back to the airport doors as this was easier for the driver! Why I couldn't meet him there in the first place I don't know. The journey was just 5 minutes but cost an eyewatering 20 each way (more than the actual hotel stay!). The hotel itself is pleasant, but in a back street in the middle of nowhere. However, there is a small cafe pizzeria opposite and a supermarket up the street. I was hoping to do some work whilst there, but forget the internet, it never worked. The inclusive breakfast was scant. Croissant, jam, yoghurt, juice and a tiny, single coffee. I was expecting ham, cheese, fresh fruit, bread and endless coffee, etc. I was disappointed.

  Shocking!!

  This hotel was shocking!! the room average. The staff rude. The breakfast was a shambles....no such breakfast!! Then we got ripped off by taxi driver ...little back hander!! Cheers Hotel Fly even now 10 months on i think it was the worst hotel I've stayed in!!

  Bad for a long stay

  Breakfast is poor and the same every day. The staff is arrogant. Noisy place. Music all the time inside the hotel. Pets allowed . expensive for what you get. Good only for one night stay. Close to the airport.

  Nothing special. Far from airport , even thought doesn't look like it. Driver wanted 30 euros for 8 min drive - 4.4 km Ended up paying 19 euros and 5 American tips . Area is quite and not fun around hotel Room small
