  Nice hotel in a great location

  We return to this hotel again and overall had a good experience. We love the location which is just right for us. The manager and his staff our kind and most helpful. The room is fine but a bit short of light to shave by. Our only other comment is that there are flow problems with the breakfast area re a lack of side plates, nowhere to put teabags and the belt toaster machine requires 4 runs to get a decent piece of toast which means a lot of hanging around.

  Hotel Nice, Dining Needs Improvement

  We stayed here while doing the TMB. Loved the hotel, decor- clean and nice to end the day at a nicer lodging. Though, was disappointed that our balcony room was on the first floor with an obstructed view since we made our plans a year out through Mac Adventures. They treat the hikers like a refuge experience: boots off, go get luggage in another location- where most TMB hotels dont. The lady host was super gracious while the man didnt seem to be in a very good mood. The dinner offered was not acceptable- see restaurant review. They do offer some nice wines.

  Nice one night stay!

  My husband and I stayed here while hiking the TMB and it was lovely! We arrived around 3pm and were able to check-in to our room. Note the hotel has a separate luggage storage room where our bags were waiting and they also have a ski room where you are required to store your boots. Although it was not raining, if it was, the room was a great place to dry your boots. We had plenty of time to enjoy beers from the hotel bar and take a quick dip in the pool. This hotel was only one of two during our trip that had a pool and it was very refreshing. The room and bed were very nice and every room has a balcony which is a great place to enjoy the views of the surrounding area. Dinner was included in our trip package and those like us who were part of a package or traveling in a group did not have a choice of dishes. We were able to start by getting salad at the salad bar, then we were served a local dish of noodles, bacon, and cheese, and had a berry mousse dessert. Breakfast had a fine selection of hot and cold items. Overall, I would say the food was fine but the portions could have been a bit larger. This was a nice play to stay for a night!

  not recommendable

  Wi-Fi does not go, and they don't find a solution. everyboby says the same. cleaning, food and dealing with the public. prices do not fit the service. In spite of everything we try to have a good time. Thank you so much for everything.

  Disastrous not even 3 star

  Arrival experience worst than holiday inn express. TV not working, no slippers, no explanation about dining facilities. Bathroom amenities not even 2*. Stay away from this so called 4* hotel. Waste of money!
