  La amabilidad del personal es destacable. El restaurante no es barato, pero esta en linea con lo que puedes encontrar en la ciudad, por lo que cenar en el hace la estancia mas confortable. En el desayuno,Sara fue todo amabilidad

  Great deal

  We were checked by Cavan. He was very efficient, friendly and helpful. Our room was fine for a two night stay. We could have requested more teabags and coffee if wed needed it. It was nice to have a window that opened for during the night. But nice and warm for the rest of the time. The shower was hot, with a good flow. We enjoyed the walk into York a few times, which was about a mile and a half. We also used the frequent buses, which could be found very nearby. We will definitely stay there again.

  Very Impressive

  I arrived at this hotel and I have to say I was very impressed. I walked in a got a very quick pleasant check inn. The Room: Bathroom: Very nicely clean with a great shower and had amazing water pressure. TV: Old but worked just aswell as a new TV. Bed: Very comfy and was very clean. And the sleep was exceptional. Surroundings: The Pub next door called the Dormouse drinks and food was so good Im very impressed with my stay and when I visit York again I will be staying in this hotel. *Taxis in to York are around 7-8 pound so its actually quite good location* One of the best premier inns Ive stayed in.

  Special trip - not so special

  Not a standard of cleaning . Dirty items left from previous customer . Staff lovely. Brilliant location , just 40 mins walk to the Minster. Perfect for a short break . On balance could be fabulous with some extra care To the domestics . Handy little pub next door for meals and relaxation- did not visit due to covid ( trying to eliminate unnecessary contact with strangers) .

  Easy Walk to City Centre Yet Leafy Location.

  This comfortable and welcoming hotel is not as far from the city centre as it appears upon the map. We left our car parked here and walked in every day (along the road or riverside). Hotel to York Minster is only about a twenty-five minute walk and yet the hotel is in a pleasant, green, leafy suburb easily accessed off the A19. Our room was amazingly quiet with views over mature trees. The hotel offers everything which one would expect from a budget stay including fast, free wi-fi. The staff really are great! Front desk (thank you, Alex and Sam!) are welcoming and helpful and also a special thanks to Christine the friendly and knowledgeable housekeeper!
