  Free stay from Oyo

  I got a free stay courtesy of Oyo, so I feel like I am not in the place to say anything bad. This is a good hotel with nice staff. I just wished theyll replace those throw pillows and bed runner soon because those stink.

  Best Find

  Love it here. Booked on-line and got the best deal. Got my room for just over Php1,500 a night, and this already includes breakfast. Plus parking is also available. The room is cozy and clean. The bed is comfy and inviting. The staff is also commendable; very courteous, always smiling. Will definity be back and recommend to colleagues.

  Comfort stay

  Its our first time to stay at OYO hotel and I would say I would definitely recommend it. We opted for a hotel near my husbands family along Makati and good thing we found this place. For a first time mom Im very meticulous when it comes to cleanliness so I searched for a hotel with good reviews of cleanliness. And OYO Solace Hotel matched my expectation. Its clean and comfy yet affordable. We stayed there for a week with my 1 year old son. The reception was very welcoming when we arrived at the hotel at half past 10 in the evening. The room is neat and bathroom is maintained for the whole stay. Though I would only suggest a slipper in washroom because theres nothing provided and a welcome note perhaps or something complimentary since we stayed there for a week. And also you have to mention to the housekeeping staff if you need to change the linens daily cause I have noticed that its not. Theres no pool also but our vacation was busy almost every day so its a good thing for us. But overall stay was very comfortable until we checked out. They have also parking space if you have guests who needs one.Thanks Solace.

  Pasok sa Budget

  Budget ang primary concern natin pag nag book, susunod ang laki nang room or amenities if equal ba siya doon sa price or budget mo or most specifically sa expectations mo. With my experience with Oyo 146 Solace, nalampasan nya yung expectation ko basing doon sa budget. Gustong gusto ko yung aircon kasi ang dali lumamig nang room. Gusto ko din yung warm light beside the bed na may ibat ibang switch. You can opt to light the one near you. At, pinaka bet ko yung pa blower at plantsa na gumagana nang malupit. May iba kasing hotel tinitipid yung free services. Thank you for the comfort.

  An average stay better than motels....

  Resting in the middle of the business district the hotel looks nice and clean. Parking is ample. Maybe I was just lucky but if you want to park in the front it is only have covered. They do have indoor parking. The Reception is very clean and the ambiance is quite good. The staff are very friendly even the Door man and guards are very polite. They follow strict social distancing. Check in is fast but there is a deposit which is refundable... There are 5 floors. and 1 elevator its a bit small but not bad. The hallways are clean and stylish. Now for the rooms... Pretty standard hotel The rest room was spacious , there is a mini fridge and also the usual coffee and water heater. you get 2 small bottled water. Their is a small study table and a sofa. The TV size is nice as well as the channels on it. Aircon takes a while before it kicks in. but it is cold. There are a lot of lights. which you can set to your mood. Room service is fast. A lot of electric sockets. Now for the nitty gritty. What I did not like is that there is no dental kit. So bring your own tooth brush and paste. No hairdryer and the toiletries are very scarce. You only get 2 soaps and 1 small bottle of shampoo. Its good if you are alone. But if you are with someone try asking the room service. No q tips. no face towel. no lotion. no covid disinfectant set. No slippers. As for the usual pen and paper I did not see any on my study table. The sockets are the usual 2 hole ones so you will need an adapter so get one. Now the bed is a bit stiff for me. There are some stains on the bed sheet when i arrived but its dry. The twin beds are small for a 5 10 height so get a single one. Internet is 4 Mbps. which is a drag... I have been to hotels who has 100 mbps in cebu. so zoom and other business meetings need to be done elsewhere. The signal on the room for Globe and SMart is just 2 bars... is there a jammer somewhere? Overall its cheap and average for me nothing memorable except the customer service. I consider this as a 2 star hotel. not a 3...
