  This is the third time we have used TownePlace Suites. It is nice to have the extra space and kitchen in the room. The bed was wonderful - a standard for Marriott properties. Our shower was slow & noisy. The breakfast was barely average. This property is showing some age to it.

  Wonderful breackfast, and really good attention, they lake you feel like at home, you feel yourselve confortable, you can stay here with your Friends or coworkers and they will feel good too, i like this hotel

  Amazing!

  This was our first stay at this particular brand and we were amazed. The staff was treated us wonderfully. This is literally a home away from home. Most definitely our go to for the future. Two thumbs up.

  Assistant General Manager arrogant and rude, Staff not friendly at all.

  The room was clean and nice but the phone didn't work. Called to get replacement and discovered it was phone line. Staff never offered to repair or move me. Heat in room took a special code to get it to work. Had to call staff again. But most of all my disappointment was the staff. The reception ladies were not at all friendly, no welcome comments, no smile or manners such as please and thank you. Very cold and aloof. I gad asked to talk with the manager. As the manager approached me (Brian Creegan) I could tell he had a chip on his shoulder and an attitude. He has as no idea of customer relations or professionalism. He was cocky and arrogant. I spoke with him about their pet policy $100 non-refundable fee. No where does it list on website. I stayed only one night and you would never know my pet was there. Very clean and cognizant of my pet's smell and cleanliness. I had asked how they justify charging $100 for pet fee. It wasn't about the pet fee in general as much as it was Brian's response- lack of professionalism, rudeness, arrogance and lack of respect. I told him I had stayed in many pet friendly hotels- ones much more upscale than his hotel and NEVER has anyone charged $100 for pet fee. He proceeded to tell me "this could not be true," as he smirked and arrogantly dismissed me. As if he knows the hotels I have stayed in. He proceeded to tell me the hotel has to pay "$250 to have the room cleaned and disinfected" and so they lose money. Right..... this is dishonest. I am sure the hotel is not in business to lose money. I am also sure it doesn't take a ridiculous amount like $250 to clean a room after a pet has been in it for ONE night. Brian spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, dismissive by turning his body away no eye contact, acting distracted, interrupted me when I was trying to speak, talking over me then attempted to intimidate me walking out the door as if he tried to scare me in some way. IF any of upper management are reading these reviews, you should STRONGLY consider terminating Brian. It is only a matter of time you will hear more complaints as well as he will cost you business. NO ONE should have been treated like I was. IF he were my employee I would have fired him on the spot.

  Making a Difference!

  On March 3rd, 2020, the city of Nashville (and other surrounding cities) was hit by a tornado. I was left displaced, as the apartment building I resided in was struck and left uninhabitable. A good friend called and advised that he had booked me a five night stay at the TownePlace Suites in Goodlettsville; I packed up some belongings, and my dog and I drove out to (what would become) our new home for the next several weeks. I can't imagine what I looked like when I walked through the doors of the hotel, but I was greeted by a smiling young woman named Holly. Holly had made my reservation, and knew that I was coming! She asked how I was and if I needed anything, and I started to tell the story of "what happened". Several other members of the TownePlace Suites had gathered around and listened as I shared my experience. They all expressed concern, and told me that if there was anything they could do to make me feel at home to please not hesitate to ask. My dog Sadie and I DID make the TownePlate Suites our home for a little over two weeks. I can honestly say that the team at the TownPlace Suites on Conference Drive helped me keep it together following this tragic event. Inquiring "how is your day going?" and stopping to give Sadie tummy rubs...all the little gestures and greetings made me feel safe and comfortable. These folks saw me at my worst, but managed to help keep my spirits up and helped me smile! Through this experience, I've counted my blessings numerous times-counting the team at TPS twice. When I found a new apartment and was preparing to leave the hotel, you'd think I'd be thrilled to stop living out of a suitcase and get back to my own bed...have my own place. It was actually rather bittersweet. I had grown close with the team at TPS during my stay and the genuine kindness they'd extended touched my heart. This team provided a superior customer service experience and exceeded expectations; because of them, this life event hurt a lot less and I smile a bit more.
