  clean, safe, great location but the internet connection is not for business activities

  this hotel is clean. it is important to find the place that you can home for a couple of days that are clean, and feel secure. it is a safe location close to many amenities and old part of the town. it is close to a market, mosques, schools, government offices, military compound as well as the sea. if you like to walk you can walk to the closest sea, to the mall, to the stores. and still feel safe. I like that the hotel has a gym but close at 22pm. I wish it can be open 24 hours just like their massage /spa. The other drawback is the internet connection that is slow and sometimes got cut off. Think, if you are in the middle of downloading updates, or of video call, you can be a mess. I will go back to the hotel again, but more guarded with such tools to compensate for this.

  Food poor, ok for overnight stopover

  Horizon Express hotel is very convenient if you have a stopover, as its 5 minutes from the airport. The rooms are comfortable, although the inner facing rooms are claustrophobic with no window. The facilities are basic however the hotel is clean WIFI is good but kicks you off every 5 minute which is incredible tedious as the logon does not remember the password. Breakfast is included in the price however its pretty average, rice dishes from the previous night couple with a omelet service with no chef, so we settled for a few slices of toast and jam. The evening meal was appalling, cold tasteless and thrown together. We ordered fish which smelt off and the fried rice was very unappealing. My advice is go across the road theres a really good KFC. For a well-known hotel group I would have expected more.

  Comfortable for meeting and Greatt Foods,nice location in the midlle of jayapura city

  A week i was stay in horison hotel jayapura for meeting.the room so clean,tasty foods,exellecent service.All everything is great to stay in.many view room as like city view and sea view.preferly, like with f&b collegues in horison jayapura,they are great smile with guests and fast to respon when some of us request something especially in banquete

  EXCELENT FRIENDLY HOTEL

  Stay for a week. Very wonderful and polite person, Good food and clean, the hotel is in the middle of jayapura city so I can go everywhere. I really recommend this hotel cause i feel very welcome here. i wish this hotel be the best hotel in jayapura KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB

  Good staff

  Good hotel , the room are really clean 4/5. Food 4/5, not varietif but nice. Staff 5/5,helpfully, staff reception humble help me bring my luggage. Surronding area, crowded market traditional, not difficult look for food.
