  Charge for unreasonable things

  This place is horrible! The staff was not helpful, missing makeup table, and my room was not clean. The staff accuse us of destroying their "property" a.k.a towels. The towels had color stains that can we wash/bleach out. To which the staff did not do. I had to hand wash the towels with bar soap (from the hotel). Most of the colors came off, but some I couldn't get off without bleach. They made me paid for it, and I did. The next day they bought me towels that have color stains. When I complain to it, They said that it is the towel that I stained. I know it is not mine since it's yellow and mine is red. All in all I had a horrible experience in this hotel. Never staying here again.

  bad customer service

  the room is not even CLEAN water was leaking under the sink, and it was so flimsy. charge customer for dirty towel.

  it's fine for a short stay

  It's in the center of the city, not far from the beach, so I think the hotel has a good location. For us it was comfortable that they have free WI-Fi in rooms (usually it is in the reception). I liked the breakfast: it was consistent enough. Room is not large enough but there is everything necessary. So, it is good for a short stay to visit the city.

  We seem to have been luckier than others...

  Our room was OK and clean for $20 pn including VN buffet breakfast. Larger rooms are available but ours was fine. Location is good, in the "tourist block" on Hung Vuong street (around the corner and just a couple of hundred metres to the Sailing Club out on the beach). Unlike some of the small hotels in Nha Trang we didn't have any problems with the hot water - which was available early every morning and much appreciated! The hotel has a separate café about 50 metres away, helpfully called "101 Café", serving buffet breakfast for hotel guests only. We found the front desk staff very nice and helpful and we're happy to recommend it - although looking at some other reviews you might want to check it out yourself first because we seem to have been very lucky!

  Correct and good location

  The hotel is correct, good price, clean, very good location close to the beach and the main street with shops and many restaurants. The staff is very nice. The only bad point is the breakfast... we are vegetarian and it was a little but poor.
