    TU HOGAR EN LA VELLETTA, EXCELENTE, LUJO Y GRAN CONFORT

    Un gran descubrimiento. Pequeño boutique hotel en el centro histórico de la Valletta. Lujo, , confort, comodidad. Servicio excelente. Personal muy amable. Habitaciones confortables y decoradas con mucho gusto. Si puedes, reserva la Suite, dispone de dos niveles, baño completo + aseo, dos ambientes, excelente. El hotel ofrece un desayuno de buena calidad. Tiene una pequeña piscina en la azotea, con unas vistas espectaculares del puerto. Muy recomendable.

    Memorable anniversary

    I can't recommend this hotel enough, the staff were exceptional, we were fortunate to have a room on the 5th floor with an amazing view of the harbour and Three Cities. The room was lovely and clean and we were greeted with a glass of Prosecco while we checked in. Absolutely lovely stay, thank you to all the staff at 66 St Pauls!

    Absolutely amazing!!! Go for it!

    I did have certain expectations due to excellent reviews, but my stay was much, much better than I could have imagined. We were booked for one week in May, but due to the virus we had to postpone. Finally we've decided to come for the whole 2 weeks in October and it was the best choice ever. From the moment of our arrival we ware taken care of by the whole staff in the most gracious and pleasant way possible. Greeted with a glass of Prosecco in a beautiful lobby, the room was ready and waiting for us. It was extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. The design is indeed outstanding, the bed comfy and big, bathroom spacious, with all the necessary amenities and great quality cosmetics. I can highly recommend choosing the number 106 which faces the street and was absolutely splendid. As you can expect, there is a coffee machine, complimentary water and safe. Wardrobe huge enough to accommodate all our clothes. Due to the Coronavirus, breakfast is served a la carte, which takes a bit of time but is really worth waiting for. You can choose from a large array of quality foods and drinks. It is absolutely tasty and coffee is much better than in most hotels we've visited. You should definitely try egg muffins or the aubergine paste! Great choice of cold cuts including local cheeses, which I absolutely adored. The roof terrace with a swimming pool was excellent for relaxations and taking a quick dip. The water was a bit cool, but that was to be expected in the middle of October. There is a great-looking SPA in the hotel, but unfortunately due to the Covid it was temporarily closed. The location of a hotel is more than perfect. Lots of excellent restaurants and shops just a few steps away. After two weeks we did find one, in which we started to feel like at home and ate most of the menu there. The town is lively, and lots of live music concerts to choose from. All the main attractions of Valletta are just a stone's throw from the hotel. It is worth mentioning, that everything in the hotel is easily accessible and more than perfect for the disabled people including huge showers. However, no matter how long I can write good things about the hotel itself, the most precious, amazing and outstanding feature, that greatly differentiates it from other establishments are the staff. They make you feel welcome and they are most helpful! Starting from the cleaning ladies and finishing at the manager- they are all amazing people, oriented at your well-being, determined to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. I do have to mention Mr Edwin who is a real gem of a worker. Not only did he take time to show me the whole premises of the hotel, describe it's history and all the renovations, but one time during breakfast he just came to our table and asked if we did try the traditional pastizzi. When we said that not yet, he just disappeared into the morning rain and brought us four huge, steaming hot, delicious pastizzi. That was absolutely unexpected and made us feel like we were a part of a family not just normal guests. Make sure to talk to him, as he is a source of great knowledge about history and Malta itself. Mr Edwin- thank you for making our stay marvelous! Also I cannot give more thanks to the manager, Mr Aldo Calleja, who should be really proud of himself for creating such a great crew, and maintaining the highest standards without loosing the ability to laugh with the staff ;) Finally, the last amazing touch was surprising me with a bottle of Prosecco on my birthday. This review is really long for my standards but this hotel deserves all the best reviews and praises. Just stop searching and book it, especially during those scary times for all the tourist businesses. This hotel really deserves to survive and you will be amazed by the quality of your stay.

    Hidden Gem

    Calm ambiance accompanied by beautiful aesthetics. Rooms are modern and spacious. Staff is delightful and fully respecting Covid measures. Will certainly recommend and visit again. Beautiful view of the Grand Harbour can be enjoyed from the terrace.
