  great location and very comfortable property

  this hotel is fresh and new the hallways are all lit and spacious , the location is very close to amenities in Mid Town; Capital Grille and the upscale Stir for drinks and apps. my advice to travelers would be to request the south or east facing due to road noise on the north side. the rooftop bar on 7 is worth a visit for magnificent views of Raleigh

  Wedding night stay the was above and beyond

  Where to begin? The stay here was top notch all the way around! We got married on Saturday and drove up to stay the night before our flight the next morning and when I say the staff made the night even better. We called and spoke to Blake Moore who took care and set up everything for us. When we arrived at the hotel Eric was working the valet stand, he was so polite and helped us out tremendously. He parked our car at the front so we could easily get out to catch our early flight! On the inside the front desk staff was so helpful as well they got us checked in pretty quickly and when we got to our room Blake had set up a bottle of wine on ice and chocolates as well. I couldnt have asked for a better experience with the staff at this hotel and I highly recommend booking your stay here.

  Great Great and Great

  Location, Location that is the name of the game. located in North Hills, this hotel is surrounded by restaurants, and a shopping center across the street.Rooms are modern and very clean. Wonderful breakfast in the 7th floor which apparently is a "HOT Spot" after 9 PM. Except for someguess setting their blanket on fire and having the police and fire department visit, it was all good.

  New Years Getaway

  Pros- The location was excellent. We could literally walk to everything with several dining options to choose from. I would have to say the bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. We also enjoyed the warm welcome we got from the front door staff everytime we entered the hotel. Cons- We asked for the top floor and instead placed on the 5th floor with guests above us playing loud music until 4am. Don't bother ordering breakfast at the hotel, we found a plastic piece in our croissant. The food was mediocre for the price and just very low quality. I didn't like how narrow the bathroom was and how it had just a sliding door. No privacy at all. The room was much smaller than it appeared on the pictures. On average, the hotel had it's downs but would only revisit due to the convenience of location.

  Lovely Stay at AC Raleigh

  I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the AC Raleigh. It was my first time visiting the hotel and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the courteousness of the staff. Zarina was kind enough to provide me with a list of cleanliness measures the hotel was taking. I felt good about staying, because I had that information. During my stay Alia at the front desk was very helpful and even brought water up to my room upon request. I briefly connected with Bryan who left an impression on me with his kindness. I will certainly return when I am back in Raleigh!
