  Nos hospedamos una noche . Ubicación al lado del aeropuerto Entorno descuidado Habitación , limpia, angosta, y con un deterioro importante para ser un hotel nuevo. Grifo de bañera ,se cae , ventana que no cierra bien. Un acabado en la construcción realmente pésimo , Desayuno , normal ...... Lo mejor , sus amables empleados El n* 1 para tripadvisor en Addis? No conozco otros ..... No volvería , salvo ubicación imperiosa por estar al lado del aeropuerto

  Best Hotel

  Travelled to Addis Ababa last January (my regular vacation destination). I stayed in this nice hotel for 3 days. Rooms are nice and neat. Front desk staff are friendly. Restaurant and bar staff are extraordinary. Good breakfast (inclusive). My overall rating FIVE STAR!

  Average airport hotel with rude staff

  Spent two nights here at the beginning and end of a trip. Location is close to the airport but not great otherwise. Its on a small side street and quite a walk to anywhere of any interest. Had two mugging attempts in broad daylight while walking to the nearest coffee shop down the dodgy street. Rooms are basic but fine. Hot water takes a long time to start and there are no fans and definitely no air con. Window cant be opened as its a construction site next door and the noise/dust is pretty bad so the rooms are horribly hot. Food fairly basic. Worst part is the staff. Theyre generally rude and disinterested. We had an issue where the hotel tried to overcharge us on checkout (charge more than a full night rate for a discounted day rate) and it was like speaking to a brick wall. The woman at reception was one of the rudest people Ive ever crossed. In the end it was sorted by a claimed managed, but even he seemed to lack the ability to listen. This hotel is really terrible and given its generally the first or last stop in Ethiopia, it leaves a very bad impression of the country.

  A Supurb and Classy Hotel with Warm, Highly Professional Staff!!

  I've spent a lot of time staying at the Addissinia and I can assure you: it's an absolute diamond!! The rooms, just as the hotel in general, are beautifully presented. Staying in the Executive Suite, I literally felt like a king! I made use of the relaxing lounge area with tv and mock-fireplace. The bed was incredibly comfortable with ample pillows - just the way I like it! The balcony granted me stunning views of Addis. The staff are warm, friendly and professional. They're always keen to assist with whatever you need to make your stay perfect. This includes everything from the safekeeping of valuables to the care and detail with which guests are served at the restaurant or bar. If, like me, your heart is best accessed through your stomach, you should look no further than the Addissinia! The restaurant serves delicious, world-class food, with 24-hour room service. I still dream of eating my favorite dish: the Gourmet Chicken Sandwich with French Fries. Moreover, the staff are so keen to know if the food meets your expectations - a very good sign. Also, one simply must experience the Wellness Centre. I had 2 massages there which, after long flights, literally made me feel like dancing! Lastly, the convenience of being 15 minutes from the airport cannot be overstated. Please do yourself a favour and book your stay in Addis at this diamond of a hotel!!

  Clean and comfortable

  good value. Breakfast - not a large choice but fine. Room was confortable and clean, though no hot water at 6 in the morning. Good location for the airport, but not to see things in the city , nothing to see immediately around the hotel. Dinner - a stew - was pretty good. Restaurant staff better than reception.
