  Amazing Stay @ Al Ferdous

  I had stayed here with my wife on second week of February , we got a Warm welcome At reception , Check in took very minimal time only . Room was neat , clean and smelled good . view from the window is stunning . room was having all most modern amenities , next day they cleaned our room , reception team helped and guided us for the sightseeing on that day . overall , Staff was so attentive and helping minded . surely we will stay here on our next visit in Sharjah .

  Very Nice Hotel

  I stayed here on a business trip to the UAE and our local partner actually booked the hotel for us. In the end, I was glad they booked this hotel for us as it was a very comfortable hotel. Service was excellent. The rooms are larger than your typical hotel room, in particular the bathroom. This space was nice and the furnishings were comfortable. The Wifi was also a good speed and reliable as well. As far as the area, there were a group of restaurants nearby If you're in Sharjah, I'd recommend this hotel.

  Good Location because there is lot of parking area available and many restaurants & groceries are available in the hotel nearest.Staff is amazing will help in anything you need.Really good value for money .Very Quite hotel and area.

  Ok at a price

  This is lower cost so had few expectations. Was upgraded to a 1 bed from studio. Its a basic and old room. Kitchen utensils were odments refridgerater worked bu cooking not possible except microwaving and a kettle. Water ran brown for a while. Shower was ok wifi good. Staff good. Bed had a blanket and base sheet on 2nd night requested 2 sheets as the blanket was probably clean but did not look it. Shops around and a few laundries near by.

  Pictures are misleading

  When I booked a 2 bedroom apartment in this property, I thought that I will spend a wonderful end of year evening with my family. To my surprise when I checked in I thought that I was mistaken and didn't go to the hotel Apartments I saw on booking.com. the first apartment i had was a total disaster. There were spots on the walls due to humidity or water leaks. The bath tub was disgusting with too many scratches. My wife asked me to cancel our stay and go back home. Then, the friendly lady at the reception offered to change our apartment and we moved to another apartment in the fourth floor. The second apartment was a kind of relief for my family. However, it was still different from what we saw on booking.com. just imagine a kitchen with only one electricity plug for the fridge, the microwave and the kettle. So to heat something in the microwave, you have first to unplug the fridge! What was even worse was that there was no gas cooker or electric plaque. The bottom line is that my vacation was ruined and I had hard times trying to convince my family that it was not that bad!. They knew I was not telling the truth! Is the place worth more than 800 AED per night? Certainly not even 100 if you ask for my opinion. One last thing is that booking.com should also check that what is advertised on their website is actually real.
