  New years Eve family holidays

  Rooms was very clean and large. But there was no water at all for one whole day and one more whole morning!!!! It was very difficult and disappointing We couldnt even use the toilet. We had to cut sort our holidays Also it supposed we had free access to the spa facilities but without water the whole hotel was disabled. And very cold too!!! NIGHTMARE NOT REALLY RECOMMEND ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN

  Nice little hotel

  We stayed here in February. It is very clean and is in relatively good condition. The staff are very helpful and would always book taxis whenever we needed them. The hotel itself is just outside if the main bansko area but that said is only a 15-20 minute walk from the gondola. Breakfast was a bit Ropey and we had lunch there 1 day which was not very good. That said this is a nice little hotel and great value for money. The rooms were cleaned regularly and the spa area was a nice touch after a days skiiing although this got a bit crowded at times and the pool was cold. If it is a bunch of friends going and you dont mind giving up a few comforts then this is good enough. Overall our stay here was satisfactory.   The savior

  This place was our savior and in the end it turn out to be a perfect place here in Bansko. The rooms are big enough for a family of 4 ( 2 adults and 2 kids 11 and 12) The parking lot is very spacious. The pool is very nice, the sauna too. Not in the end all the personal beginning with the manager mr. Hristov, are very polite. Thanks for saving our vacation. I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to have the best relaxing vacation here in Bansko

  an average and unprofessional hotel

  i would definitely not recommend that place. during the night it was cold so we had to ask for heaters in order to sleep well. the staff was quite rude and of course they didn't make us feel like home. they didn't even ask if we had any problems. the apartment was large but ok. every morning we had to make our own beds ready because the ladies who were cleaning they didn't care about it. the second day they didn't even get the trash. about the breakfast the variety of sweet food wasn't enough. the staff was rude and unpleasant. they need to learn who to treat people like people and not like animals i dont think that this is a proper way to run a business that has to do with people. they really need to do something to improve their manners.

  Family Bansko Skiing

  We had a wonderful time skiing in Bansko and staying at the hotel. It is a good basic 3 star hotel exactly 1km from the gondola station and central town. The rooms are big and basic plus there is a small pool, steam and sauna. Food was good for a 3 star buffet but if your expecting lots of variation you may have to go up a few stars. Hotel is clean and rooms are cleaned every 3rd day Hotel free shuttle runs 3 times in the morning and 3 times in afternoon. As the gondola queues are long we took our own hire car and parked next to gondola to get there for 7.45am. Tips for Bansko Gondola queues which can take 1 1/2 Hours but once you are up top, queues are minimal. Between 8am to 12pm plan ahead as it will take about 1 1/2 hours to get up 1) for 9am lessons get to gondola by 7.45am 2) use hire car and drive up 20mins to Top gondola car park or if that is full park in car park 2 or 3 and ski down last part of the blue run 1. 3) pay for taxi or bus to get to top gondola station rather than queue approx 10lev each 4) Use right queue as normally faster. Recommend Ski george for ski hire and lessons.
