  Lo mejor de lo mejor

  Este lugar es un hallazgo. Nos pareció un concepto buenísimo el cobrar la habitación a un precio más que accesible y luego ir cobrando adicionales por servicios que uno pueda necesitar (wifi, piscina, sauna, etc) y no al revés (pagar caro por servicios que uno probablemente ni requiera). La habitación es muy amplia, confortable, con todo lo que uno pueda necesitar en una estadía fuera de su casa. La vista además es hermosa.

  Waiting for renovation

  I come here every year. Last year I was complaining about long waiting time for hot after in kitchen. Nothing has changed, still it takes time before water gets right temperature. Except for this I really like this hotel, but I am impatiently waiting for renovation in building 2.

  Strange

  We are staying in the resort right now. Came for 3 nights w/ friends. 4 adults in a one bedroom apartment. Fortunately early check-in was possible upon arrival, but the sofa-bed wasnt prepared at all. When we asked the reception (4pm) we were told that housekeeping had been gone, but we have everything in the closet so we can make the bed ourselves... Next day we went to have breakfast (10.-EUR/pax) and after 35 minutes of waiting, we got the so called English breakfast with beans and bacon, raw boiled eggs, quite ripe mortadella, one bread roll and a croissant. Our waiter told us that the buffet breakfast wasnt served due to corona virus... (what does that have to do with raw eggs, long waiting and poor breakfast?!?!) BTW the closest slope is around 200m away. You need to cross the road (or use a tunnel) then walk through mud to get there. After skiing, when we got back to the room it was obvious that nobody had cleaned it. When asked about it, the receptionist (a very kind guy) explained that for a 3-day long stay, housekeeping is not included, due to the fact that the resort is being a timeshare hotel??? Nobody told us so when I paid 1500.- EUR. This establishment is clearly not a 4* hotel and has nothing to do with diamonds...

  No one wanted to leave!

  We traveled to Schladming for family short holidays in September 2020. We chose this fantastic resort because of its perfect location, over-viewing the beautiful town of Schladming and very close to many places where the visitor can admire the alpine nature and enjoy outdoor activities. The hotel is very nice and its people have modified its features and services effectively so all guests from the check-in obtain the feeling of care and safety against Covid-19 issue with the minimum of inconvenience for everyone. The whole complex and its surroundings is very clean and maintained. Our room was spacious, properly equipped with a astonishing view to the mountains and the Schladming valley. Last but not least, it is our pleasure to praise the people of the hotel. We felt so welcomed that after our stay no one from the family wanted to leave. We stayed only two night but with the help of the reception staff we got all the information about the area and alternative suggestions for places and activities in order to take the maximum of experience in such a short time. They absolutely deserve the badge of the company on their shirt. We will definitely come back, hopefully under better circumstances and we strongly recommend this resort for a really value-for-money and no-doubt safe holidays for families or couples!

  One night stay

  We stayed just one night in one of the apartments. The apartment was big with good size kitchen. Sleeping for our daughter was on a sofa in the living room. The sofa was really hard. We also went to the swimming pool but the water was ice cold. Great views, decent playground in front of the hotel. Restaurant was closed.
