  Worst food ever at a hotel

  Lovely clean hotel great pool lovely clean rooms Awful food absolutely disgusting. Only caters for certain nationalities. What food there is to eat is always freezing cold absolute disgrace. Got pasta n sauce freezing cold inedible would not recommend this hotel at all for food it's the worst food I've ever had in any hotel anywhere. Not had a proper meal here it's that bad apart from one in the Wok which you have to pay for even though you've paid all inclusive plus. SHOCKING very disappointed and would not recommend.

  Perfect Holiday!

  We traveled to Turkey for the first time from UK for a weeks well needed break and chose here as it was still on the safe travel list exempt from self isolating on return. The Hotel did not disappoint! We were on an All Inclusive Plus deal. Check in was smooth and we had a fantastic sea view room. The rooms are similar layout to a cruise ship. There is a large buffet style restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Each time we used this restaurant it was very busy and not the best social distancing being done! There are a lot of Eastern Europeans on holiday in the hotel and their manners could be improved. No queues are adhered to and not blessed with the most pleasant manners either The food in here was adequate and always something to choose from. We did however prefer the a la carte restaurants. These have to be booked the day before and some do have a cover charge but definitely worth paying for as it returns a better dining experience. Favourites were Wok (Asian) and the Ottoman, closely followed by rooftop Kebab restaurant. Stunning sunset views can be seen from here. The Seafood restaurant was very good and the Mexican. The most disappointing one was the Italian - different pasta dishes were ordered and both pastas were not as described on the menu and the sauce was the same! There is a 24/7 bar, beach bar all of which have beers, wine, cocktails etc. Also a lovely coffee shop and patisserie with the most delightful cakes. Snacks are available at the beach bar these are small but adequate. Delicious ice cream can also be had. The staff in the hotel are very polite, were all complying with Covid restrictions by wearing a mask. Majority of guests were not wearing masks. There were plenty of sun loungers although sone guests obviously feel the need to chose one at 8am and not return for several hours. There is a spa however we did not use this. We would never have opted for Turkey however this experience has changed our mindset. We will return to Turkey again and certainly consider this hotel again. For what we paid for our holiday we felt we got a great deal. We loved having a different restaurant each night for dinner. We didnt leave the hotel due to Covid 19. Is it a 5 star ? Probably short in some areas in my opinion to award this but with a little few tweaks here and there it could be. Thank You Seven Seas for a fab holiday

  Nice hotel, very poor quality food

  We stayed at the hotel for seven night. Check in was long as a bus load of Bulgarians had just arrived. We were lucky to be given a high floor room on the front of the hotel with great views of the pool, sea and beautiful coastline. The room was large, clean, modern and well furnished. The main buffet style restaurant was shocking. Food was low quality, which was served by very rude staff members. Pool area was clean, but loins music boomed out almost all day, with same tunes played at the same time everyday! Alone with Australian Covid health warning warnings! Very random.. The spa was excellent. We bought a package which was a Turkish bath experience and two massages each. All were excellent. Throughly recommend a visit.. We tried 5 of the a la carte restaurants just to get away from eating cold slop in the main restaurant.. The Italian was our favourite, followed by the Turkish restaurant situated on the roof of the hotel, Wok and Mexican. The entertainment in the evenings was appalling - catering for mainly the Russians and Bulgarians. I wouldnt recommend or revisit the hotel

  Lovely Hotel, can`t wait to return.

  Beautiful hotel, only 5 years old so everything still looks new, when arrived at hotel cases sanitized and check in very easy although not much information given about place just handed a couple of leaflets, so we had to work it out for ourselves, but not hard to find your way around. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful even the ones who`s English was poor would go and get someone that could understand us, everything spotless and constantly cleaned with hand sanitizer everywhere all staff wore mask at all times and it made the place seem very covid safe. Room 6th floor looking onto pool/sea: Lovely hotel room very spacious king size bed, Jacuzzi bath, huge shower and stunning sea view from our room, mini bar included in all inc. with cans of juice and water refilled every day and mixture of teas and coffee sachets also replenished every day, room cleaned and towels changed every day, bed changed 3 times in the two weeks we were there. Buffet restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner: Definatley not set up for UK guests, loads of choice but everything cold and not to our taste, had pancakes and pastries for the two breakfasts we went in for, lunch not much better with cold soup and cold stews and the same at dinner time. Loads of salads and cold meats/cheeses ect but mainley for the many eastern europeans that are in the hotel. A La Carte : Tried 4 of the 6 other restuarants and you have to book between 2 & 3 the day before at a desk just beside reception and these were fab Chinese, Aisan, Mexican and Italian , some reviews say you need to pay 50TL each for all these but we were only charged for the Italian and at a fiver each it was well worth the money as the pasta was lovely. Pool snacks: Burgers, chips, chicken nuggets and realy nice cheese or meat pizza this starts at 11am and that was our breakfast most days with lovely coffee from the small cafe just beside the spa. Here also serves 4 flavours of ice cream every day. Pool and Main bar: Nice beer (Tuborg) on tap, Smirnoff Vodka, Gordons Gin and JB Whisky all included, and cup full of nuts/nibbles, you have to ask for brand when ordering or you will be served local, they keep bottles hidden but I spied them first day :-) pool bar is open untill 11pm as all the shows and entertainment is done there. Upstairs at reception is the main bar and this is open 24 hours also incuded in your all inclusive so perfect for the last one or two before going to bed. Pool has loads of sunbeds but you need to get down before 9am to get a good place, pool was very cold but refreshing when sitting in 30+ heat, sea was warm but very shallow and beach is coarse sand so not so nice to walk on. Loads of water sports on the beach. Taxi to Kusadasi is only 40TL (£4.00) about 15 minutes and its a lively resort with loads of shopping and bars /restuarants everywhere, we had english breakfasts at a couple of places and it was very good and only about £8 each including tea/coffee. People who complain about holidays not being like home should just stick to Blackpool or Benidorm , when we go abroad we expect and want things to be different from the UK, all in all we realy enjoyed our two weeks here and will hopefully return again.

  Great holiday

  Just visited on a 10 day stay lovely place. The rooms were large 2 double beds shower and jacuzzi bath very clean and airy views from the room over the woods and side view of sea. Good facilities only tried 4 of the a la carte restaurants Chinese, turkish roof top, fish rooftop and Mexican all excellent food. Main restaurant loads of choice. Outside burger bar excellent burgers and Turkish pizza. We drank premium drinks beer and wine. Entertainment excellent especially the acrobats. Had a massage and a turkish bath would highly recommend the Bali ladies. The only down fall was I have never been on more uncomfortable sunbeds definitely need an upgrade. Used the water slides great fun. The happiest member of staff was Kadryie thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable
