  If you don't book this place. you going to miss something! The villa is beautiful, clean and with a very nice mountain view. Very good located near Ao Nang Beach with free transfers. We had a great time there.

  Nice!

  The villa was amazing and owner and her staffs were very hospitable, helpful and they made us feel right at home. They even organized a barbecue for us which we thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you for all the wonderful memories!

  Great villa

  We have spend there 4 nights (4people).Villa has two large bedrooms living room with open plan kitchen.Villa is very spcious clean and beautifull.Swimming pool is awesome.Yulian is a great host always ready to help.If you love privacy villa will be suitable for you.Villa is located a bit away from the town but free shuttle 3 times per day is provided by host.Overall we have enjoyed our stay and communication with the host was very easy.There is no shops within walking distance but Yulian is available anytime you want and he will help you with your requests.

  Good, but not quite 5 star

  My friends and family rented three Adjoining villas here for a week as part of our 10 year wedding Anniversary trip (15 people). Weve toured extensively in Thailand and rented many villas over the years. On the surface its everything its supposed to be. Modern, spacious, photogenic & peaceful; however there were a few negatives that did annoy us: Furnishings- theyre missing a lot of things that you kind of need but dont think about like bedside tables, lamps, coffee tables, towel rails, toilet roll holders, rugs, cushions, coat hangers, etc. Might not sound like a big deal but it actually mattered. Plumbing- the drains were often slow/blocked causing you to have short showers or else the bathroom would flood. There is something very wrong with the water supply because every time you use the basin mixers there are air pockets in the line causing the water to explode all over you. Really frustrating when you forget to stand to the side when turning the tap on. Privacy- the villa comes with a maid who is very discrete, helpful and friendly (thanks Parn), but the owner is another thing. They are building 3 new villas right next door and the owner thinks its appropriate to just come into the yard at anytime (heaven help you if you decided to take a skinny dip!) Once I was inside and I heard yelling right outside the door. I came out to discover the owner and his labourer standing there having a conversation. Incredulously, I asked if everything was ok and he just casually said that he was accessing the storeroom for building materials. Pools- yes, they need to be maintained but when they did so, they put so much chlorine in them they were unusable for over a day! Cooking facilities- the cooktop has no gas supply at all meaning we couldnt cook inside at all. We tried to use the outside BBQ gas bottle inside but the unit is not jetted for propane. Also the cutlery/crockery/pots/pans/glasses were all located in the BBQ area downstairs when we arrived meaning we had to move them all inside when we arrived. Also the kitchens are lacking toasters, wine glasses, dish racks, strainers, and all sorts of day to day items, all of which seem trivial but all were needed and all appeared in the previous villas weve rented in Ao Nang and Phuket. Summary: the villas have all the makings of the ideal accommodation, but these things and a few others need to be addressed to truely earn their 5 star rating. I hope I havent been too hard here, but for THB9500 per day I expect close to perfection for Ao Nang prices. 4 star = very good. A final mention to Parn and the other villa staff - thanks for smoothing everything over and doing your very best to make our time here special.

  The place is great and our host was super flexible and responsive. He also helped arrange tours and transportation. The building is perfect for our large family. The private pool was fantastic and well maintained. Housekeeping came every day and did an excellent job.
