  Very nice and quiet place!

  I was there just for 3 days but the place was very nice and clean, near by to city center and local restaurants, definatly i will be back to this place for longer holiday. Price was very low for this location in Desenzano.

  Vacation (4 adults & 5 kids)

  Very nice, big and clean apartment close to the center of Desenzano. With a balkone incl. sea view. You can also visit the pool which is around 500m away. Fabio and Antonella were really nice hosts. We really enjoyed our stay.

  Truly wonderful place and owners

  We stayed here during the first werk of June,2 adults and 2 young children .We stayed at the appartments at via San Benedetto ,just out of the town.We had number 5 which is connected to the owner's house. I will start by saying that this is a superb place with very kind and friendly owners.In fact Antonella and Fabio gave us fantastic help.Their level of hospitality really amazed us ,collecting us from the station,driving us to the supermarket several times and driving us to the airport.They are lovely people. Our appartment was up some stairs and had a balcony with a great view over the extensive grounds and swimming pool.Our 8 yr old boy particulary enjoyed the pool.It was very clean with everything you need.If you needed any help then Antonella and Fabio promptly assisted .Shortly they will have a tennis court ,which was just being started when we left.The appartment is spacious.We enjoyed many happy meals on the balconey. Antonella explained many of the local attractions,giving us leaflets and even discount cards for reductions. The walk into town took about 20 mins with our toddler in his pushchair. Antonella recommended two places Pizzeria san Benedetto,nearby great pizza and Gelaterie Vivaldi in the centre.We visited both ,many times. Overall I cannot recommend this place highly enough and the wonderfull owners.We were very sad to leave when our holiday ended. Forget hotels,if you want a beautiful peaceful place to stay with outstanding levels of hospitality then this is the place.

  Great apartment

  Stopping here for a week. The apartments have only been built for 4 years. Everything is fresh and clean all of the amenities required. Very comfortable bed, lovely kitchen dining area great veranda. Nice toilet bathroom, TV if you want WiFi etc. Dishwasher fridge microwave. Good parking facilities, there is also a nice swimming pool. We were greeted by the family very friendly helpful people. They spoke good English. The apartments are set in nice grounds. It is only a 15/20 minute walk to the centre of Desenzano, so great for walking into town. This is suited to families and groups. I would imagine in the height of the season it is very busy and probably quite noisy. We are staying at the end of the main holiday season so very quiet. Well worth checking out if you want modern comfort with all amenities.

  Pleasant place to stay

  My husband and I stayed in a quaint little apartment on the opposite side of the road from the main apartment block. We had access to the swimming pool, which is spotlessly clean and a glorious place to relax in the sun. The hosts are friendly and accommodating and very generously helped us get to and from the station and to the supermarket. The apartment is about twenty minutes walk away from the lake and ten minutes away is a great pizzeria. Desenzano is a good central base from which you can explore the towns on both sides of the lake either by boat or hire car or to take the train to Venice or Milan.
