  Old and new, great service from the new

  I visited for working purposes: we had a 'Tagung' here. The food was really good, lots of variety and healthy. There is a nice bar, where we had a great evening and even danced! The Hotel is in the middle of a changing Prozess. Also, some rooms are modern, nice and cosy. Other rooms are older with carpet. On the last day we had a great service of the new 'Qualitätsbeauftragte'; our train to Fulda had a delay and he drove us all the way to the train station in Fulda!! It made everything up for the sometimes unfriendly Staff.

  Clean big rooms

  Nice clean rooms with terras and good buffetrestaurant and a la carte .great breakfastbuffet in the morning .very friendly staff speaking also englisch.free wifi avaiable in whole hotel.nice bar and terras to sit outside.only one negative point ,have to pay 3 for the parking.

  Wont be back

  Lets start with the positive: Clean spacious rooms with nice bathroom Quiet and by the forest Bar very friendly Staff helpful and friendly Breakfast is adequate! Wellness very clean and relaxing Negatives: Every evening is buffet which is no 4-star quality!! No fresh vegetables or potatoes. Pork 3 out of 4 nights sofar .Puddings very poor and bread left over from breakfast . Flies around food!! Only thing letting the hotel down is the evening food !!!! Shame

  Good Price quality hotel

  We had an overnight staying in this nice hotel, for a very reasonable price, the rooms are not that big, but there is a swimming pool and activities included. Friendly personal and clean rooms including all the basic amenities

  Disappointing experience, not 4-star hotel

  While the hotel has nice, newly decorated rooms, it did not live up to our expectation of a 4-star boutique hotel, based on the pictures from the website. It is a rather outrun hotel, which has renovated rooms, but still has the atmosphere of a 70s hotel. The restaurant only served a fixed, ordinary 3-course menu for dinner. Breakfast menu was fine. The wellness area was completely empty. We had the two pools for ourselves, but it felt like a closed area. All in all, OK rooms and breakfast, and nice pools, but a very overpriced hotel, which was disappointing, and not 4-star experience at all.
