  A very good hotel

  This hotel is a good hotel although far from tourist attraction, and my family and I like this hotel. But it is far from crowd of city and long way to get there. Really this is a good hotel thou. Please choose this hotel to stay in Denpasar.

  I had problem getting in touch with the hotel about the airport shuttle, you must reply to your emails. Other than that I found the staff kind and the room clean and the wifi great. A very good breakfast and I liked the little things like the rabbits. But the room was very, very good!

  Open the restaurant for the guests. At least for room service, so we don't have meal problem in the hotel. And the facility in the room, especially for the TV, the management should think to replace with the new one.

  Cleanliness

  The room is so clean, I enjoyed staying in Aston Denpasar for 3 nights, maybe I'll be back soon, if I'm going to Bali. The staff is so nice, and the breakfast is good. The wifi is kinda slow, but i still can use it. Thanks Aston Denpasar

  Nice room, broken Air Conditioner, no proper lost and found information

  We have business event on this hotel from 9-13 November in this hotel. Everything went perfect until we realized that the air conditioner was not working properly, the living room air conditioner worked like a fan, and the bed room air conditioner was even worse. Been complaining about this to the housekeeper, he was so nice, resetting our AC and asked us to call FO if in the next 1 hour the AC don't show any improvement. After 2 hours, I decided to call FO regarding this problem, she was so nice, sending us the maintenance engineer ( he came shortly, nice person) to check but still no improvement at all, my point is if there is something wrong with the room, please don't sell it, even the temperature corridor is cooler than our room. Thursday evening, my BF forgot a box of mask in the meeting room, that mask belongs to the participants, there is no way the participants would stole it since we still need it for Friday. Plus, the thief only took the mask and left the box alone, we assume that this is related to the cctv. He complained to the front office Friday morning, the front office staff said that she would check it first, however, no confirmation arrived to our attention, we were so upset about this since this related to lost and found and the staff was not paying enough attention.
