  5 estrellas pero muchas moscas

  Muchas moscas muchas caminar restaurant Italian malisimo en general esta bien aunque no hay actividades mi espectaculos la noche y no hay nada que hacer y Los canales de la television pesimos en pocas palabras una isla muy aburrida

  15 Días en una playa sin gente en un hotel de 5* muy cerquita del pueblo, con una comida algo repetitiva, pero claro es que a la semana repitieron los menús, silencioso,cómodo. Cuando tenemos a lo largo del año otros viajes cortitos mucho mas activos y queremos descansar, este es nuestro hotel ideal. Hemos estado 2 veces y nunca ha habido en el hotel otros españoles. Si buscais lo que pone mi comentario , Animo a que vayais

  VERY POOR and I don't usually complain.

  Arrived on the 28th of September for a 11 night stay, unfortunately our booking was not showing on their system and the hotel would not accept my voucher, the hotel blamed my Agent/ provider (who I believe offered to pay over the phone) so we payed for 1 night and decided to sort it out next day...Next day my travel company managed to sort out my problem and I was told I'd get a refund ,a few days later after 4/5 failed attempts the hotel reimbursed my money onto my credit card, other people in the hotel had the same problem!!! The hotel CLOSED on Sunday after breakfast and we had to use the hotel next door for our all inclusive package. Food ...Started off quite promising we managed to get into the Italian on the first night and to be fair it was quite good on the Wednesday night we had Chinese that was excellent ..Then the food went down hill ...A buffet simply doesn't work in a hotel with a handful of guests, the food dried up under the heat lights and was dreadful especially Breakfast ..The hotel next door sadly wasn't any better although that was full. Drinks...Dreadfull there's no other way of putting it...the soft drinks were nasty (I don't drink) The alcoholic drinks were limited and of poor quality (according to my wife) Rooms...Fairly good overall but they did have a unpleasant odour from the drains Swimming pools..Very clean.. quite cold ..but overall good Spa..very good no complaints there at all.. Staff...Some exceptions including our maid, Ross the receptionist and a couple of waiters who were friendly but overall not really very friendly Location..Kos is lovely but the beach in front of the hotel wasn't great ,very stoney and beach shoes were a must.. Entertainment...There wasn't any...a few pool activities during the day but entertainment at night was non existent ..(the hotel next door had a animation team but it wasn't great) To sum it up I defiantly won't be returning to this hotel and will avoid any hotel under the Atlantica brand ..i would sooner of emailed Atlantica hotels but there was no email address for head office ..so I'm quite sad to give a negative review online..All in all a holiday not to remember..

  Wonderful family resort

  We had such a wonderful stay. We loved the hotel with its incredible views,fabulous location and delicious food. Strongly recommend the spa, with many thanks to Maria, Nicos, Elena and the rest of the team for the amazing treatments. And the hotel staff were truly fantastic, particularly Ross on the front desk who made sure we had an amazing holiday. Thank you all so much, Yasmin and Simon

  DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

  Bad experience when we got to Carda Beach, the resort was closed in the beginning of October. We were not informed in advance, was greeted by a written notice asking guests to go to the sister hotel next door, Mikri Poli. Apparently the Thomas Cook closer affected the business so they closed the place early, it would have been courteous of them to inform their guests prior to arrival. When they saw we were unhappy, they gave us a plate of whole fruits and wine. Couldn't even eat the fruits because they took it away when they cleaned the room. Once checked in we got the original room booked however the all inclusive dining, pool etc had to be used at the sister hotel. The Asian and Italian restaurant wasn't available at the resort. The food was average and bland but had a variety, drinks as expected were local and weak. The room was not a 5 star in the slightest, burn marks on the headboard, mirror was cracked, no plug point on one side of the bed, shower was only a handheld shower with no door, shower gel was a old plastic pump despenser attached to a wall and no hair conditioner provided.... apparently they didn't have any. Asked for the room to be made up with new sheets, they came and made the bed with the same old sheets. When we complained they still didn't change the sheets, they just left sheets on the bed expecting guests to change it themselves. We had to complain again before making it fresh. There was a sewage smell in the room and in the resort which you can imagine is unpleasant. The beach itself wasn't that great, very rocky. Obviously no fault of the hotel. The closest little town is about 15-20min walk where you'll find some small shops. Overall extremely disappointed, felt like we didn't get what we paid for, definitely not a 5 star experience. Would NEVER return here again and would NEVER EVER recommend to anyone. Please don't waste your hard earned money!
