    Sleepless in Bear Paw!!

Camped on Aug 5th for only one night which was one night too many. Several campsites partied until 3:30 AM w/loud music, firecrackers, & very loud drunks. Apparently no one is on sight to enforce quiet hours which are supposed to start at 11:30 PM. Woman's shower only had cold water. Definitely not a place for a family or anyone who enjoys the outdoors.

    Birthday Drink

We were on our way north and it was suggested that we stop at "the place with the kayaks in the tree" for a drink!! We had passed Bear Paw several times, and were curious as to what they offered! We were all glad we stopped, great Bloody Mary's , and the co-owner, Eric, was very professional and pleasant! I have already recommended Bear Paw to friends who went there to eat and were happy with the food and the service. We will go back!!!

Real Inconsistent Restuarant Experience - Good Luck needed

Have been here a few times over the years with real mixed results. Most recent experience was poor... Tables unclean (we cleaned them), service was extremely slow, pizzas were OK but not same or as good as past. The cheese jars on tables contain old horrible tasting cheese... obviously stored at room temperature for weeks/months even though the containers clearly state to refrigerate after opening... Not allowed to split any pizzas of any size any more, prices now higher than reasonable.

    Great place

Super friendly and accommodating. Good food and flexible with arrangement. We arrived late at night but keys were left waiting for us. Easy checkout as well. Clean and family oriented. New shower facility if you camp. Our room was clean And as advertised

Nice play to stay while having fun on Wolf River

Our family decided to raft/kayak the Wolf River. I found Bearpaw on the internet and decided we would rent a cabin. The cabin was in a complex of four cabins. We stayed in an upper unit named White Water. The unit was a cute, clean, air conditioned cabin with two full beds, a microwave, coffee maker, full bathroom with great shower, a walkout deck with chairs and a fire pit next to the building. You will need to bring hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. All linens are provided. I would also recommend bringing a flashlight as on our second night, Mother Nature decided to knock out all the power and our cell phones were almost out of battery from the day events. We booked online and did not receive the email that is suppose to be sent (Internet/phone service are not 100% reliable in this area). Upon arrival, we were greeted by one of the owners who quickly got us checked into our cabin. The owners are very nice and willing to accommodate! They have a restaurant/bar onsite and although we did not have a chance to try their pizza, it looked absolutely awesome and everyone who had it was raving about it. They also have a hammock area that was relaxing and for campers the shower building looked really nice. The location is close to all the fun! We would definitely stay here again!
