  Great location, OK hotel

  First of all, you can't complain too much about the hotel as the price we paid with TUI was great and cheap when you compare to some of the hotels nearby. Pros: Great views over to Turkey Location, plenty to do on the doorstep and only $8 from Rhodes old town (where we spent most of the evenings) Paid for an executive room so very clean and modern and balcony directly over pool Things to consider Pool - while lovely, people were down very early and it was tough to get a lounger once the towels were left all day Food - average at best, we only had one meal in the hotel. The pool bar food was quite poor, a selection of 3 or 4 warmish dishes Drinks, we were all inclusive (paid for when we arrived) they were ok, beer nice, wine not, plenty of spirits but you need to pay more if you want to have premium All in all I would go back here if we got the right deal, but it depends on what type of holiday you like. We like somewhere to rest our heads and explore so the location of this worked for us. I wouldn't have been able to spend a week just eating and drinking here

  Lovely holiday

  Just back from 2 weeks at Belair, we all had a great time, lovely room, comfy beds, excellent cleaning services, plenty to eat, not fine dining but acceptable. All staff from reception through to cleaning were friendly, however special mention has to go to Dilyana, beautiful and friendly, she lit up the dining room. The pompous little toast monitor, not so much. I would recommend and would definitely return. FBI along the road has a lovely menu, Rhodes Town is amazing, only 8 for taxi.

  Limited Experience

  Stayed at this hotel Oct/Nov leading up to Greek lockdown on 7th Nov 2020, after needing some winter sun and hoping the island would remain on the UKs exempt list in terms of requiring to self-isolate on return. Fortunately, we managed it. Overall, whilst weather was great, its not a place I would be heading back to, Covid-19 apart. Food - pretty much the same each morning, lunch in main restaurant was the previous nights evening meal left-overs. The snack bar food wasnt great either!! Evening meals were basic (chips available at all times), with limited selection (and taste). Puddings were cheesecakes, sponge, mouses and creme caramel as standard, pretty dull. Service - bar was excellent and barman pleasant, as was lady serving at snack bar (drinks also served). Restaurant staff were a breed apart, some industrious, whilst others were slow, cumbersome and totally disinterested. Housekeeping - with Covid, it was an every other day service for rooms. Made beds and changed towels, but never at anytime took the cups that were used or cleaned them. No coffee or milk was provided, even though kettle was provided. Pool was nice and beds comfortable, cleaned regularly!! Overall, it was ok, but not somewhere I would head back to. All-inclusive option was not value, drinks available were limited and food, in my opinion below average. Weather was the winner!!

  Lovely hotel great views of the Aegean

  Stayed here for a week at the end of October for our 50th birthdays. We had the best week ever. Stayed in an executive double with a sea view on the 6th floor wow what a room and what a view never been happier or had a view like it in my life. All rooms on the front even the old block have a fabulous view of the pool sea and turkey to be honest so you cant go wrong! The room was lovely very modern and very clean, would be cleaned anytime we put the sign on the door. When we arrived we had fresh dressing gown and slippers laid neatly on the bed. Yea and coffee making facilities a fridge iron and ironing board. The infinity pool is fabulous as is the pool area very clean and being cleaned throughout the day. Dont know what people are moaning about food for we are very fussy and found the food to be varied and delicious, lots of theme nights. All of the staff were happy and smiling and would do anything for you with a smile. The other guests were very friendly met loads of people and had a great time. Worth a trip into Rhodes town its only 10 mins in a taxi for less than 10 euros or their is a bus stop outside of the hotel. Visit sebastians the fbi bar and the bars next door to the hotel and almandine beach directly over the road. All in a a wonderful break. Thankyou x

  Luck was on our side,for once!

  My wife and I travelled to Rhodes during Oct 20,and were lucky enough to squeeze in a week just before travel restrictions were imposed.My sister and her husband however,were not so lucky.Travelling the following week their 14 day holiday was changed to 6 days because of travel restrictions.We all agreed,it was a lovely break and we were well looked after during our stay.Food was wonderful,each night a different theme,lots of choices,couldnt wish for better.Restaurant staff were brilliant,so attentive.Clean cloths,wipe downs,and making sure everyone was safe.Location,slightly out of town,but a great bus service into Rhodes centre.Great shopping available,so the wife says,I just follow behind!A visit to the Old Town is a must.5 minutes walk fro getting off the bus.Loads of restaurants,coffee bars etc for when the legs get tired!Two ways to see the town,Red Bus,Little Train.We tried both,each travels a similiar route,but agreed ,the train is a more pleasant journey.First visit,but not the last.Hopefully next year?
