  Lovely view, delicious breakfast!

  We arrived with jet lag and tired. The drive in made us gasp at the lovely grounds and view below. The rooms are neat, quiet and freshly maintained. In the morning, the buffet had meats, cheeses, danish, two types of egg, granola and seeds (my favorite) and hot, strong coffee! Will stay here again.

  Wonderful family-run hotel

  The hotel itself was very nice and clean. If you are lucky, you will get one of the lovely rooms with balcony and can enjoy the wonderful view of the river Rhine all day. If not, do not despair, they have wonderful grounds and several benches that overlook the scenery. Can definitely recommend the restaurant as well, service was excellent, we had an apprentice server who tried very hard to please each and every one of us in the group and even gave us suggestions for a night out in Koblenz. The food itself was also very good, with seasonal specials and a nice wine selection. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and well serviced. I would definitely stay there again when I'm in the area.

  Great hotel for a stop over in Germany

  Another good find for us in Germany. It lives up to it's excellent reviews. We recently stayed twice whilst travelling through Germany and were pleased with our stay. Whilst a fairly modern hotel, it has been furnished well. Good sized quiet rooms, some with balconies overlooking Koblenz and the Rhein. Friendly service from the staff on arrival and during our stay. Good close by car parking available. They also have an excellent restaurant for evening meals.

  Clean & decent hotel, but not a quiet spot and a bit expensive for what you get

  Positive: The hotel room & bathroom are very clean. There is sufficient (free) parking space available. Wifi is free (though slow). A decent restaurant is on-site. Breakfast is sufficiently elaborate (at only 7 euro p.p.). The bed is a bit on the hard side, but not too hard. Staff in the hotel and restaurant was super friendly & helpfull. Negative: The hotel has no airconditioning, which isn't great during hot summer nights. The pillows are very soft, which is not comfortable at all for side sleepers. The rooms are not very soundproof, as a result we were kept awake by people walking in the hallway. It is not possible to sit outside without the constant noise of driving cars, as the hotel is close to 2 freeways.

  Business stay

  Outstanding hotel... situated in the mountains slightly you get an outstanding view over the nearby villages and the river Rhine. The staff were totally devoted to making the stay the best it could be. The rooms were cozy and very comfortable with a balcony that enhanced the great views. The standard and variety of food available was spectacular, offering a number of local dishes and house specials. A truly fantastic hotel.
