  It had its pros and cons!

  A few comments; A staff at check in wasn't the nicest. The bathroom had no working vent for steam which is unpleasant and also concerns being in the aspect of the risk of black mold. The slide had working water when my boyfriend went down the first time, however didn't work for the rest of the night. Not the worst thing ever but still made the slide less of a good experience. The confusion of the pool towels was scary because we thought we would end up paying for them. Upstairs in our room, a little card let us know that the pool towels had to be brought back up to our room to avoid a $10 charge per towel, yet the pool area told us to leave the towels there! The price to us seemed steep as the hotel we stayed in prior in Halifax in a nice location was a considerable amount of less money. Also we understand kids are kids, however there was an actual group of kids running up and down the halls, screaming and coughing, dropping food and ice. The parents didn't seem to stop them and from what I know, no staff told them to stop either. Again kids are kids but that was pretty chaotic especially during covid times. The hotel was fairly busy. The hallways weren't filled with adults, however the lobby had many new check ins everytime we passed through. The breakfast was nice considering Covid restrictions! We had stayed at another hotel and the breakfast was poor in comparison. No real complaints there for what it was. We didn't hate the stay but will likely consider staying somewhere else.

  Really nice birthday stay

  Had never stayed here but it was a place we would do it again! The staff were great to deal with. There really isn't anything to complain about other then the strong smell of smokes and weed in the hall and stairwell.

  Great time at Best Western Hotel in Bridgewater!

  This is the first time we have stayed at the Best Western Hotel in Bridgewater. My son was celebrating his birthday so instead of having a birthday party, we booked a room for the night. The staff was very helpful. I called two times prior to booking to ask questions about Covid-19 protocols and the pool schedule. Staff was very helpful. We checked in Saturday afternoon, went swimming right away. What a beautiful pool-nice and warm and clean. Friends of ours had an adjoining room and it was a great experience for all.

  Very clean and safe - perfect for a staycation

  Excellent pool, long enough to swim laps but also including a water slide. Also a great place to sit in the sunshine on a winter afternoon. Clean spacious rooms. Very good restaurant onsite, and breakfast included. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for a getaway.

  Clean hotel

  Hotel is very clean, quiet. Would definitely stay there again. A tad on the expensive side, particularly during the pandemic. Beds and pillows were very comfy. Air conditioning unit worked well and shower was good.
