  Excelente!!!

  He viajado muchísimo a aguas beliceñas a muchas islas por mar por los últimos 20 años. Tuve el honor de ser invitada a un randevouz de barcos marca Princess y Pursuit en Junio. El servicio de los anfitriones en este caso Princess y Pursuit en el Hotel Blue Marlin fue impecable. El hotel proporcionó una excelente comida considerando que estaba totalmente lleno además de tener un muelle con por lo menos 15 barcos. He estado en este hotel por lo menos 30 veces.. No puedo creer la opinión tan mala que dio Johnny Rodgers de Honduras. Obviamente de San Pedro Sula se viaja por agua también pero es ovbio que no pasado inmigració, Baha y aduana y ha llegado posiblemente ilegal. Que ignorancia. Gracias a Dios Blue Marlin provee estos servicios si se llega por barco, yate o lancha. Es muy conveniente porque de esta forma no tenemos que adentrarnos a tierra y perder al menos medio día. Es de nuevo obvio que no lo ha hecho. Es de sugerirle que lo haga en puerto Beliceño y deseo que los guardacostas no lo saquen por no tener papeles.

  Un robo

  Fui a pasar el día en el Hotel. Todo el personal es muy amable. Me ofrecieron tomar el almuerzo que decía costaba 22$. El almuerzo consistió de una sopa, arroz, un jugo y un pedacito de torta. y los 22 dólares no era Belice sino USD. Entiendo que es una isla y deben llevar todo de tierra firme. Pero para mi un almuerzo no es solo una sopa y menos por 22USD

  A Gem and Great for Relaxation!

  We spent 5 nights and would highly recommend this place. The service and food were the highlights. Its a small island, but if you are up for relaxing, this is a great place. The chef was amazing and took great care of us. This would also be a great place if you have dietary restrictions, they will accommodate. The owner is on the island and she treats you like part of her family. We really enjoyed our stay here.

  Island to Ourselves!

  First off, thank you to our neighbors who took great care of our homestead and animals during the worst Artic Storm in 102 years in Texas. We timed our trip perfectly, leaving TX the day it started and getting home to rising temperatures and melting snow/ice. From meeting us at the airport, to arranging inter-Belize flights, to the boat ride in, everything was arranged perfectly. South Water Cay, which is the island Blue Marlin Resort is on, is a very small island. For the most part, you can walk all around it, even in the water, except for a few small private residences. The waters were impeccable! Throughout the entire trip we were treated as long lost family. My knee had blown up at one point and Rose, the owner of the resort, literally went to the mainland pharmacy and got me some medicine to reduce the inflammation, without even telling me she was doing it. Mark, Richard, Sergio, Elvin, Leslie, Chef, the maid and the whole team took great care of our party of 6. For the most part, we were the only guests. They did have several beautiful yachts come in for the day to scuba dive or have a meal, which was neat. The food was more at request than anything. We had more lobster than I can imagine. We even loved the chicken wings so much, we asked for them again at breakfast one day and they did it. Chef fried snapper we caught, too! We brought all our own liquor on the island and paid for setups, though Sergio did a nice job of coming up with some creative drinks and shots that we just had to have:-) Private cabanas were nice. We did have a generator fail and we lost AC for a few days, but with the breeze blowing in the windows and the fans they provided, we needed every bit of covers we had available. Turned out ok. The Scuba and snorkeling was great and the cost of these excursions was fairly nominal ($46/person for snorkelling) and ($86/Person for Scuba). You can catch plenty of fish on the dock, but reef fishing is a 5 minute boat ride. I really can't praise the people here enough. If you get a chance, please go see these guys. it was a fantastic experience!!

  Outstanding Service

  Actually stayed in February 2020 before COVID lock down and am just late in leaving a review - which I feel about about because we had such a great time. My husband and I are avid divers and stayed for a week and dove everyday. Dive services were great and accommodating to try and make sure we saw different areas and sea life. The other services including arrangements, pickup and transfer from mainland, flights to Dangriga, delicious food and guest treatment are absolutely top notch. Owner is wonderful as are all the folks that provide services on the island. With the beautiful, private island - we cant say enough good things about this dive destination. Thanks again - good to reminisce since we could not go anywhere this year.
