  Good location, but...

  Let's begin with the positivs. The hotel is in the city centre, within walking distance to almost everything. The room was clean, everything from the electrics, to the bathroom was in mint condition. The bed was good and the air condition worked excellent. The staff was very polite, and very helpful, thumbs up for them. Be aware that to find the reception however, was difficult. When I first entered the building there was no signs that told me that you had to take the elevator to the 6th floor. On my first tour up I ended up in a privat flat, where nobody had heard of Boutique Rooms. Finally a waiter in the restaurant told me to go to the top floor, from there it went smooth. As I mentioned the room was clean and functional, but I did not care much for the interior design. It gave me the feeling of living i a cross between Hitlers bunker and something for the novel "1984". We had breakfast includet, and it was the restaurant on the ground floor. The breakfast is NOT a buffet, you must obtain a voucher from the reception, be advised to flag this voucher to the waiter before you order, otherwise you'll be billed for what you order. You must order food from a special menu, and you only have one coffee/tee and a glass of juice, and one plate of food on the voucher. Two cups of coffee? Sorry you have to pay for the second one. The waiters are not very polite either. The Wi-Fi, is substandard, not very reliable, but of course that is in regard to what I'm used to from Scandinavia. If Location, in the city centre is vital, then Boutique Rooms could be a good choice. TC/Oslo/Norway.

  So much hotel for the money.

  Such a great hotel. Great, helpfull staff. No problem keeping the luggage for the Day arter checking out. I asked for staying a extra 15 min for a quick shower and that was no problem. Very nice, modern rooms with nice interiors and a nice bathroom. We got room #1 with an amazing view. It is located in the center of the shopping street which makes it easy to go by foot to all places. I really recommend this hotel for the cheap price. Thank you Boutique Rooms.

  Perfect with a baby

  The rooms are located on the 6th floor of a building right at the Republic Square. The lift is tiny so we had to take turns taking up the luggage, baby and stroller. We felt the AC wasn't as powerful as it should be. Turned out we were right and were upgraded within the hour. The front desk and cleaning staff were extremely helpful - even played with our baby while we moved. They don't have a baby cot / crib or space to get your own so we put down a quilt and made a make shift spot for the baby by the bed / window. The location was perfect. Most of the tours start downstairs - including the free walking tours of most companies and the staff at boutique are more than happy to help you with this. I would not recommend getting the breakfast because there are lot of options right next door, including a bakery, that are cheaper, convenient too and you get to have a variety. Other than that we couldn't have asked for more.

  Good and centrally located hotel

  The hotel is located above the Boutique Restaurant, in which you'll have the breakfast too. Very centrally located. Our room was not the biggest, but sufficient. It had everything we needed. The location, in the middle of the city, with places like Skardarlija and the main shopping street close, is perfect. The breakfast is good, but you have to choose from a menu. So it's not a buffet. You should be able to find something from that menu, but it's good to be aware of that. Also, we only got one coffee per person. Anything else, like a fruit juice, is not included in the breakfast voucher we got from the hotel. At the reception of the hotel they told us that a juice should be included though. Make sure you ask about this.

  Great location

  Boutique Rooms in heart of Belgrade.. walking distance to shops - restaurants- cafes etc. Staffs were great ..! Very helpful and kind..! Rooms are comfortable and very clean.!! Super market very near by.!!
