  Excelente hotel, servicio, instalaciones y ubicacion

  Indudablemente la mejor opción de hotel en Rzeszow. Ubicacion: Esta ubicado en la plaza principal rodeado de cafes y bares donde se puede salir en la noche sin ir muy lejos del hotel. Lo único malo es que hay que caminar unos 50 metros con las valijas/maletas, por eso RECOMIENDO LLAMAR ANTES A AVISAR QUE ESTAN LLEGANDO PARA QUE UN BELLBOY LOS ESTE ESPERANDO Y LOS AYUDE. Atencion/servicio: Recibi una muy buena atención de parte de todo el personal del hotel desde el bell boy hasta el gerente. Gente muy amable y servicial. Instalaciones: Las áreas comunes son muy bonitas, modernas, cuidadas y decoradas al detalle. Cuartos / lujo: Indiscutiblemente los cuartos están diseñados con mucho lujo. Me encanto la decoración y distribución del cuarto. Cuarto amplio, limpio y con mucha claridad. Un hotel con mucho nivel y lujo MUY RECOMENDABLE

  Nunca estuvieron tan apropiados los adjetivos que acompañan al nombre del hotel como en este caso. Es un hotel difícil de encontrar por la Europa del Este y que se parece más a los hoteles boutique de Suiza o UK que a los que pululan por aquí. No es un hotel de altura por lo que se puede ir a las habitaciones subiendo las escaleras de madera. Siempre hay un Sr. a la puerta que puede ayudar a subir las maletas. Sí es verdad que para llegar a la habitacióh hay que recorrer varios pasillos y abrir varias puertas con la Card key electrónica. Lo mismo ocurre para salir del restaurante una vez desayunado. Las dependencias comunes son muy "cálidas" y acogedoras, teniendo un patio interior muy coqueto y con diseño oriental y con terraza en su parte baja. El desayuno es muy bueno, ofreciéndose el maitre a cocinar todoo tipo de "omelettes". Su repostería también es muy buena, a pesar que nosotros desayunamos a las 6:30. La habitación es muy elegante y cómoda; con una cama amplia y un baño limpio y con una decoración exquisita. También tuvieron el detale de obsquiarnos con dos cervezas marca de la casa: Stary Browar Rzeszowski; ya que en un local anexo al hotel y comunicado con éste, se encuentra el mejor restaurante de la ciudad, tanto por su comida como por sus cervezas y ambiente juvenil y desenfadado. Para finalizar, decir que el trato de los empleados del hotel ha sido de lo mejor que hemos encontrado en nuestro largo viaje por el Este Europeo.

  Far from the 5 star hotel they claim but an alright place to stay.

  I could review this hotel as if it was the 5 star hotel that it claims. I will not, because that would not be fair. (it would get the lowest score). The hotel is priced the same as other 3 star hotels in the area and I will write this review in the light of it being the 3 star hotel it actually is. The rooms are interesting and nicely designed. If you order a suite you will see that most pictures features a bath tub, how ever there are suites with out bath tubes. You will need to ask for it, if you want one. They also offer massage and SPA services. Positives + Several good restaurants in the hotel and surrounding area. + The location could not be better in Rzeszow + They have parking. Which is not easy to find in Rzeszow during the christmas shopping spree. This was a huge plus for us. + Coffee maker with "pods" in the room. A nice step up from just a water boiler. + Nice breakfast buffet with good variety, and the chefs asking if there where something else we wanted. Negatives - Room cleaning was really bad. Our suite had partial wood floor. It badly needed wiping. Same goes for the toilet floor. We missed one cleaning as our toddler had a nap. Once she woke up we put out the please clean sign and the cleaning was a 5 min job with minimal cleaning. - The room had some need for minor maintenance. Broken light, leaky water/coffee maker All in all a nice 3 star hotel with very nice interior but could use a cleaning team with floor mop.

  Incredible

  We were staying in Rzeszów overnight before a flight and thought we'd treat ourselves to a suite at the Hotel Bristol. Upon check in, we were greeted and organised a transfer to the airport promptly. The room itself was stunning! Huge comfortable bed, massive bath tub and separate walk in shower. The mini bar was stocked well and the room was spacious to say the least. We used the main restaurant for both dinner and breakfast which was impeccable. Staff were friendly and attentive. Even when there was a mix up of breakfast being included, they dealt with it efficiently (it was). If we are ever in Rzeszów again we will definitely be going back.

  An honest opinion from a very well travelled couple.

  Stayed here 4 times before but I think next time we come to Rzeszow well be trying somewhere different. To be fair we checked in really early for our 4 night stay. We were given room 333, definitely the worst weve had in this Hotel. The room was extremely cold and the A/C wouldnt warm up over 19.5 degrees. Some lights not working, the view was awful and you had to stand in kind of a tin bath to have a shower. The Coffee machine didnt work and there was no hair dryer! Its supposed to be 5 star? We upgraded after one night to a Junior Suite, room 502. A decent view with a tiny balcony. There were no dressing gowns, no information to tell us we had to request room service!!! So we had no room service, no tea/coffee/water replacement, no clean towels. I always judge a Hotel by the quality of its towels. This is a 5 star Hotel supplying 2 star towels.......a bit cardboardy. A tile had fallen off the wall near the bathroom, we notified reception who said it would be fixed the following day, it wasnt. Still there when we left. Breakfast is expensive here and through this Covid Virus it had to be served to you........no self service except for juices and Coffe/tea which you could get yourself. I dont get it??? Breakfast Staff absolutely run off their feet......especially on Sunday morning. Only 2 of the 4 lifts working. Overall, we were disappointed compared to previous stays here. Will we come back? Not sure, probably give somewhere else a chance next time. The Hotel Rzeszow looks interesting.
