  great location with lovely gardens and pool

  Stayed here for one night on our inland trip. Arrived early and room was ready.Room had A/C,TV, a single and queen bed tea/coffee,toaster and electric jug.Fridge and fresh milk provided.two chairs and a bench to sit at. Bathroom had shower with a curtain and Hair dryer. Swimming pool on site was nice and towels were provided Free of charge. They have a restaurant on site for guests only ,reasonable prices with great meals that we utilised. Location was good just on the edge of town with a couple of minutes walk to everything you need. Only issue we had was that although we had a grd floor unit (there are first floor ones as well that are accessed by stairs) was the fact that you cannot park directly outside any of the units but there is off street parking for all units.

  good times

  We called to make a reservation and Murray was happy and helpful from the start. On arrival he gave us heaps of info on short walks we could do with our kids. The stay was great and i would recommend Murray and the buckets way Motel to anyone staying in the area. Thank you

  Would not go back

  Not overly impressed but it was all we could get in school holidays, for one night. Room very outdated and shabby, however the bathroom had been renovated. Freezer needed defrosting badly. Was a toaster but no plates to put toast on. Would not return.

  Very reasonable motel at reasonable price

  We stayed with another couple for just one night. Both rooms were very good and clean. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable though. Location was excellent. Service was good. They let us check in early. Would stay here again.

  Put Gloucester on your Bucket List

  If you appreciate retro motel style, like me, you'll find your way here. Top off the easygoing hospitality with a swim in the pristine pool, weather being right. Interior of the motel is practical albeit not contemporary, clean and comfy. The owners/managers are co-operative, friendly and good-humoured. The big trees frame the motel's postcard looks, highlighting Gloucester's environmental credentials.
