  Good B&B, great value for money

  Before going for a two-day visit to Venice we stayed in this nice agriturismo for one night. Good sized room, clean bathroom and a good breakfast with lots of choice, and all that for a relatively low price. Owner was very friendly and helpful. From Zero Branco you can be in Mestre within twenty min./ half an hour to take a train to Venice. Other beautiful cities are in the vicinity as well.

  friendly hosts!

  family-run agriturismo with good value, make sure to rent a car and also visit the town of treviso nearby with its beautiful river and old buildings. massimo florian who heads the family business is friendly and most helpful, and he has the best recommendations for places to eat in the area! the bedrooms are great too, love the decoration and furnishings!

  One big fraud!

  We stayed here for 4 nights and we have to say we made a very terrible choice. When we arrived no one was expecting us, let alone welcomed us - even though we had paid 25% deposit months before! We chose this place for the vicinity to venice and venice airport since we were going back home from there. The owner was away while we were there. On our first day we came down for breakfast and there was no one to be seen. We thought it was a self service and so we got into the kitchen and made some hot water for coffee. After a while, a woman came apologising, saying that she was the owner's mother and that no one told her that we were there!!!! She apologised that her son was away but he had other business to take care of and we never saw him until the very last day. The price included breakfast. The day after we came down again to find no one and once again after a while she came asking if we needed something!! This was unbelievable for us - having travelled in Italy for the past years, and having stayed in various agriturismi, this was the first time that we received such a hostile and cold approach. This is definitely not an agriturismo but a very modern guest house. It should not be listed as an agriturismo. They kept our passports for the whole period and when we paid they did not give us a receipt. Our feeling was that they are more interested in growing and selling flowers and plants since that is their primary business, than taking care of their guests.

  Lovely Place

  We stayed 2 nights in this hotel in September 2014 while visiting Venice on a European road trip. It is a small family owned hotel on a flower farm. The farm is beautiful with flowers, horses and birds. The hotel is very clean and modern. There is plenty of parking spaces for guests. It is a short drive to many restaurants, towns and the train station. The train ride to Venice is about 30 minutes. Parking at the train station is free. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Florian, the owner is very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay there and found it to be a good value. Jim & Lynda S. Columbia, Maryland USA

  Ca Florian is a great place to stay if one needs peace and quiet! He owner ,Massimo, is friendly and helpful. Im vegan and he made sure I had all I need for a good breakfast! Well go back in December to taste the fabulous radicchio
