  Exelent service, food and cleanliness

  Exelent service, food and cleanliness. A good hotel for family. Great different pools. Poor free internet or pay for better. Great room with great bathroom. Beach was 2 minutes far away so very good.

  Dont waste your money

  This is a 4 star hotel at best, food is inadequate, the same every night, the so called al a carte restaurants are not the dining experience youd expect, your rushed through 4 courses so the next bookings can come in, you finish one dish the next is immediately put in front of you regardless if youre the only one finished, we was in the restaurant a total of 45 minutes, the Lunch dishes are the same as dinner time, there is next to nothing to do outside of the hotel, overall a rubbish experience. This hotel is catered for mainly Russian people, on our visit we was the only English family there, which was no problem, but always nice to have a conversation with people who speak your language, The pools where decent, but slides are only open from 10-12 and then 2-4. Smoking is also permitted around by the pool. Ive not really got a positive thing to say about our week here. This is the first review Ive ever written, mainly because all my other holiday experiences have been positive.

  Please dont book

  For people who travel from uk this is not near any 5 staR hotel food is so bad that the whole family was vomiting And the toilet is with vomit plz check pic I am requesting since 4 days for a room cleaning service but they would just fit the bedsheet and add towel no cleaning at all very unhygienic rooms No one can speak English here A taxi out of the hotel is at least 100-200 euro Please book taxi outside The local bazar is a joke the force you to come to the shop if you ask for a price and you dont buy it they shout at you they tell you to get out of the shop You get treated really bad In Antalya you dont get treated like a human I never had such a bad experience in life Foldable beds travel cot or sofa bed thats what you get in a family room I wasted my money and my time if I would spend this kind of money in the uk I would have a amazing time Its nothing like in the pics No foam parties No small shampoo in the room No kettle in the room No free fresh juice it cost lots of money Most important no warm milk available for ppl with little infant My son burned himself with there hoover bike I asked for a plaster This 5 stat hotel has no plaster available I couldnt believe it Hotel shops extremely over prices things which cost us £1 in the uk will be here for £20

  Average hotel but not what we was expecting!!!

  We have been on family holidays in turkey for the last 4 years and this hotel wasnt as good as the previous. Shows were average and nothing on for teenagers or adults late on, food was ok but not much chicken choices especially for kids. The pools was no way as big as what they look. Mostly Russian here. But we still had a decent time just wouldnt go back to this hotel.

  DO NOT HOLIDAY HERE

  We are currently at this hotel as a family of 6, we are very open as of what hotels can be like because its not home but we seriously recommend you holiday in a different place, on arrival our rooms were not ready we had to ask twice for a cot and the cleaners do not come in to change bedding or bins the food its the same all the time and can often cold and they close the resturant when people have not finished eating or even had a meal, some staff are so rude and there are so many that would go out their way to help, the hotel its self is nice, but the location is very poor, there is nothing for babies so i would advise to bring plenty of food, the pools are lovely but very cold, which has gave us all the flu, the rooms are small and the air con does not work unless door is shut and also gave us all chest infections including our 11month old, the hotel is not for english at all, your not catered for at all its mainly russians and there so rude and push past you and some of the staff think thats acceptable the shops on site are a rip off but a god sent as you live from there, never done the enterainment so couldnt comment, if it wasnt for the hotel itself being nice we wouldnt of enjoyed it at all, also if you visit the al carte you have to pre book and if you have small children or babies they do not get a meal with this is its disgusting. When you complain to staff they look at you like your stupid or if you use manners with some of them they just ignore you,
