  New Year Blast at Caliraya!

  Had a last minute trip at Caliraya to celebrate New Years eve. We had a hiccup with Agoda, cancelling our reservation last minute and not returning our cash payment on time. Called Caliraya and able to speak to Jam Dulay, who was super accommodating and suggested for us to book directly and she will coordinate to refund our payment from Agoda. I was skeptical as I dont have a guarantee if Agoda will return my money. But Jam was so comforting and trustworthy that I was sold! Had it not been for Jam, we will not push thru in visiting the place. The weather did not cooperate on Dec 31 and we just stayed inside as it is raining, hence, all amenities were closed. Good thing the next day, the weather was clear and we enjoyed all dry amenities (too bad we dont have enough time to try the wet rides)! Since we only have few hours to spend, we squeezed-in all activities halfday and big thanks to the staff of Caliraya who were super patient to all us! Shout out to the staff tending the giant swing as he applied first aid kit (without us asking) to my husband who got a minor scratch while roaming around the place. The folks at the poolside sacrified their lunch break to allow us to swim during their break (amenities closes bet 12-1PM as the staff need to eat of course!). Great stay, great experience. Will visit again to try the wet activities! Note - downside is the food as they dont have much selection due to the pandemic. Order time is limited as well. But if you can bring food, then all is good! There are also small restos around the place. Update - until today, Jam is still assisting us to get our refund from Agoda. Last update we got from Agoda, the refund is on its way - yipee!! To Caliraya management - take care of Jam, you have a gem in here :)

  very accommodating ang mga staff. pagdating pa lang sa parking area may sumalubong at nag assist na samin. pati pagdating sa area may nag entertain na din agad samin. maganda yung area makakapagrelax ka talaga. hndi lang namin ganun namaximize yung resort kasi sobrang maulan nung pumunta kami late na kasi namin nacheck yung weather nakapagpabook na kami. isa pa sa nagustuhan ko is before kmi magpunta dun nag inform sila thru text na magdala ng payong dahil maulan. if magpapabook kayo with free food, sulit dahil maraming servings. ang napansin ko lang, yung sa menu nila pang meryenda lang (pero masarap at mura)wlang chips at walang rice meal if ever na bigla kang mabitin. pero over all maganda. papabook ulit ako

  Last minute birthday booking

  Booked the resort with another friend to celebrate our birthdays together with our mothers.. I was a bit worried that we will not be able to get the rooms as it was only a couple of days before our planned stay.. Good thing Jam, one of the staff assisted us and made the booking process as smooth as possible. All our inquiries regarding our rooms and travel guidelines were timely answered and we were always kept updated on the process.. Even at the day of the arrival, we were assisted the moment we arrived until we were settled in our rooms. Had a great weekend with all the activites both for the adventurous and for those who would just like to relax.. Memorable Birthday indeed!

  Family staycation

  The reservation process was smooth and pleasant. The directions on how to reach the site was a nice touch. Onsite, the staff were courteous and polite. We had an issue with the A/C in 1 of our rooms but was fixed right away w/ Jam's help. Really appreciate her as it was already late at night and she was still coordinating w/ the hotel. Furniture, rooms and facilities need upgrading as the hotel is showing its age. Overall it was a good experience.

  Review of Caliraya Resort Club

  The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. The staff were very accommodating. The room was well equipped and very clean. A perfect place for relaxation. I would definitely recommend this resort.
