Just about OK for the money

Cheap, ugly, but staff are fine, breakfast is fine, bed is uncomfortable. No buffet breakfast at this time but the staff took your order which you wrote down by ticking boxes on paper. Mattress was so uncomfortable. Curtains don't really block out light so take an eye mask. It is quiet and cheap as chips though. The bathroom is 'OK'. Not a brilliant shower, but it's clean. Difficult to get in and out of bath.

Worst experience in history of travelling

I wouldnt even give this hotel a 1 star rating - started out journey from London to Peak District where we stayed a night at the Crowne Plaza then ended up in Lake District the next day as it was very late to drive back from Lake District to London with a family of 11 and a 2 month old baby we decided to stayed in Bradford and booked our reservation at Campanile Bradford for 3 family rooms. We arrived at the hotel at 11:30pm and met with the receptionist named Amir who was not wearing his name badge at first. Tried to check in - we showed him our reservation email from booking.com which he would not look at and only focused on his system. Amir said we cannot check in as we have booked the 3 family rooms for 1 adult each which obviously does not make sense as to why would we book 1 person into a room with 3 beds and Amir seem to not comprehend that or understand due to the language barrier. We had also asked him to print out what he can see on his system in case we have made a mistake which he refused and did not show us we offered to pay more if we have made a mistake because pass midnight we were unable to book another room and we have a baby so if he could show us the confirmation he has on his screen he refused. Also, told us we cat get a refund. It was all very confusing and it was like speaking to a 2 year old child I tried to show him our confirmation which said 7 adults and 6 children and asked him if he could call booking.com in case there is something wrong with his system. He would not call them so we called booking.com to call him and confirm our booking every time the representative tried to call Amir he would not answer and cut off the phone we were very confused as to why he was behaving this way he could see it was late we had children and a baby with us. Customers already staying at the hotel had also pleaded with Amir to check our reservation as even they could tell he was not cooperating and were also confused aswell as me the customers already staying there asked him to please call the manager which is the usual protocol followed in business when you have a customer that is having issues. This seems like a very dodgy hotel no security, no other staff, called for manager next morning as we had to drive all the way back to London, even the manager was rude.

    Weekend stay

As always we had a fantastic stay here. All the ppe and safety guidelines are good and well advertised throughout the building. We have to thank Helena and Dexter for looking after us throughout our stay. Will be back in October. Thanks guys

    Terrible customer service

Well didnt end up staying at the hotel as the receptionist Helena was extremely rude and abrupt. Very unfriendly and unhelpful. Cancelled our stay there and will never book this hotel again. Helena needs some basic training on how to speak to people!

One of the worst hotels Ive stayed in

Marks all over the carpet and the wall. Toilets were in a poor condition with a funny smell. Beds looked like a 5 year old had made them. Overall very disappointed should have stuck with travelodge...
