  Nice Condos!

  The condo was very nice for two people. Its location in Branson is easy to get too. The indoor pool was very nice and the hot tub was clean. Even though we were in the middle of covid 19 we enjoyed our stay!

  Great Visit to Branson MO, staying in Surrey Vacation Resort - Carriage Place

  We were very pleased with the Surrey Vacation Resort - Carriage Place. This is the best place I have found to travel with my small dog. It is safe and clean. The grounds are perfect for walking my dog, even in the evening.

  Great location and place to stay in Branson!

  We had stayed at the Surrey Resort many years ago. We needed a 3 bedroom for the family and we found it at this pleasant resort. When we go to Branson in the future we will check out the Surrey Resort first. The location is great and the place is clean and comfortable. The updates to the resort helped us enjoy our stay and provided a safe and secure place for our family. The staff and those handling the maintenance performed with "a spirit of excellence." They deserve a 4 star rating.

  Terrible Stay, Very Noisy, Poor Management

  First they closed the parking lot so you had to carry all your things a long distance, then they closed the stairway just outside our room for 6 days banging steel plates, grinding metal and throwing sparks everywhere (including ON us). The walkway was covered by settling torches, extension cords, cables, metal sheets etc to the point you couldn't walk to your room. We reported this and was told it was maintenance that was rescheduled and had to be done now. They assigned our 2 suites to where the maintenance was to be. INSANE. I've called 4 times about this issue and they always take a report and "will call me back".... the call never comes. This place is a scam and there are many nice places to stay in Branson. AVOID THIS PROPERTY!

  Over charged

  I made a reservation for Carriage Place through Booking.com. My reservation confirmation stated that my credit card would be charged one night for deposit and final amount on arrival at property. Then my credit card company called me to ask if I had authorized the charges the entire amount 12 days before my arrival. I have called several times to solve this issue with still no result. Very disappointed, and I haven't even been there yet.
