  2* Hotel- Worse hotel in bansko worse service

  Staff havent got a clue about service. Its 2 or 3* Max. Definately NOT 4* we have stayed in several 4 and 5 stars this is far far far from it. The staff are rude, foods horrible and cold. We booked an all inclusive hotel in bansko and upon arriving we were given 3 single beds for me and my wife to made do with. Casa Karina did not help assist. We then asked for atleast soft drinks and we were charged for this. When complained to hotel again they were unable to help and got angry and showed us attitude. I mean what hotel offers all inclusive but charges you for basic soft drinks like coke and Fanta. Even alcohol is usually free. Useless hotel. Dont trust them. Soooo many things missing. The hotel is extremely noisy, we specifically looked for a couples family hotel but when arrived were kept awake with loud pumping tech music from teenagers that were partying downstairs. The food is horrible with lack of variety. You are also charged for water. All inclusive means jack crap at this hotel. 2 young staff members were nice but the ladies are stuck up and rude. Especially the men in the restaurants all they do is stare you with attitude in their eyes. So out of touch with customer service they got so much learning to do. Bansko overall is really nice but this hotel is sooo awful. Stay away do not stay here. 2 star max.

  Clean, nice pleace

  It was not the best Hotel on the Trip, but it was clean, with big Rooms, nice Food, clean and relatively quiet. The rooms were clean but in some of them have bin smoked, that was not so nice, but the Bed were comfortable and the bathroom clean. The restaurant was very good it was Food of every kind of request and drinks for Diner so far and for the Breakfast. The Pool was open in the open area at the backyard but we didn't use it.

  Couldn't do enough for us

  I have just arrived back from Bansko today after our annual trip with the lads. I also stayed in the Kasa Karina in February with my family. This hotel couldn't do enough for us on both occasions especially this last week when the local government have locked down the area . Most if not all the hotel's were closing leaving guests without anywhere to stay or eat. The Kasa Karina stayed open , fed us daily and kept us updated throughout. The hotel is clean and tidy and the food is good. The staff are friendly too. Will definitely be going back next year.

  I have stayed twice this year and couldnt recommend the place enough. The spa/pool and massages are brilliant, the food is good, the hotel is very clean and most importantly the staff go above and beyond in all instances. Especially during the recent lock down issued by local authorities. I will definitely be back next year, thumbs up all round

  Stayed here with my girlfriend would not come here again what a loads of crap

  Stayed at this hotel was told it's all inclusive but when we got here was given a bit of paper to explain that drinks are only included in meal times at breakfast lunch dinner so if you wanted any extra drinks you have to pay for them then so its not all inclusive when I explained this to the staff they didn't like it got all funny with me about it and the foods that they offered was bland no sauce disgusting dry cold and not much selection to choose from at all and if you want a drink you could only have it at meal times or you have to pay for it and if you wanted coke or anything like that you have to pay for and the only cold drinks you get is like pure orange juice water or iced tea or Apple juice and mango juice
