  Unequal price to quality ratio

  We stayed a week in one of the luxury studio chalets. The room size was adequate. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed the dark quiet evenings being able to sleep with the windows open. Also access to the lake was very pleasant. The bad experiences for us started when the television would not work. We had to have someone come twice to get it running. The kitchen is very ill-equipped for cooking. The real bare minimum was provided. After reading other reviews we had packed our own cleaning products including a sponge. The frying pan we found was left dirty by the prior guests. Our refrigerator did not work properly. After two days in the chalet the freezer stopped working. We were able to salvage some of our food but did lose others. After that we had a constant dripping into the refrigerator which was just plain gross with water dripping onto our food. Our brand new milk went bad in a matter of days. The bathroom is from another era. The gigantic spa tub takes up the entire room leaving little space for the phone box-sized shower. The shower ran either extremely hot or cold. Another thing we noticed upon arrival was that the front door jam had scars from prior break in attempts. We felt safe in the area and In the chalet but it was obvious to us the property had been compromised in the past. We were happy to spend sometime in the region and felt we were sort of lucky to find something available during the construction holiday but the price we paid for luxury getaway wasnt delivered.

  Perfect getaway

  Chalet was great and cozy. Perfect to disconnect and relax. Ideal for couples :) Close to activities such as carting, zip line parc, bike trail and cute town to walking around. Would recommend and most likely return.

  Weekend getaway !

  Amazing well maintained chalet ! Weekend getaway was fabulous and the area is beautiful and very relaxing ! The chalet was equipped with a large bath , sauna and fireplace with a full kitchen and all of the accessories. A must getaway for couples or just to relax and enjoy.

  Wonderful stay

  We stayed 3 days in this wonderful chalet. It was very clean and cozy. The bed and pillows are really comfortable.The kitchen was very functional and had everything we needed. We would definitely come back ! Thank you

  Peaceful and comfortable

  This was my 5th visit. Most everything you need. Drop your bags and relax. Bring your food - limited choices to order from restaurants Covid related. If snow is in forecast pack your shovel - we had to clean stairway and part of deck. The contractor came by at 7:30 p.m. with a small electric snowblower! Cleaned the deck/stairs, a little noisy thumping the machine around and didnt expect an evening visitor - a bit unnerving. Keep your curtains drawn for these unexpected work crew. I would still recommend you visit despite this intrusion.
