  Relaxing and peaceful location

  My wife and I stayed here for two nights as we were attending a family wedding nearby. We were very well looked after by the owners Laurence and Sigi. They were very friendly and always up for a chat. I would say that this is a perfect location if you have hired a car and want to tour the surrounding mountains and countryside, or even visit Seville, Cordoba, Granada and of course nearby Malaga. The sea is very close too. Since the lodgings only have 3 or 4 rooms but spread out over a wide area including a swimming pool and gardens, the location is very relaxed and peaceful. There is a wonderful view of the valley below and the mountains from the terrace and swimming pool. I would certainly recommend this location to those who want a tranquil base in between rushing off to mingle with the crushing crowds of tourists.

  Beautiful place!

  We had a great time at this beautiful place. We stayed in the apartment and it was very nice with everything you need. We loved the little patio with our own sunbeds, table and chairs there, because that gave us more privacy. We are quite on ourselfs and the owners were very present. Sweet of them, they wanted to tell a lot, but sometimes you just want a bit more privacy. You need a car, because it's to far and especially to steep to walk around, but you can find everything (restaurants, supermarket) in Alhourin de la Torre. We had a lovely diner at a Mexican restaurant and used the bbq at the apartment one night. We even could choose out of an electric bbq and coal bbq. The breakfast is good, with fresh orange juice, the view and the B&B itself is fantastic. A great pool and good sunbeds, nice, friendly and helpfull owners. The noise of the dogs, neighbours (loud music every day), cocks and the shootingrange made it difficult during the day if you want to concentrate on reading a book.. We didn't have any trouble during the nigth though, because of the soundproof apartment.. We went to Mijas from here, which was not to far and a nice town to visit.

  Highly recommend!

  We had a wonderful 1-week stay at this B&B back in August/September. Laurence and Sigi are wonderful, warm hosts who never failed to ensure we had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed chatting with them while lingering over our breakfast which included freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee just the way we like it. This is usually when they offered sage advice on nearby attractions which was very much appreciated. We stayed in the apartment, which was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and included a fully equipped kitchenette as well as a washing machine. The meticulously landscaped property offered wonderful views of the mountains and the valley and included a beautiful pool. The location itself is ideal as it offers easy access to many memorable nearby seaside spots such as Malaga, Marbella, Fuengirola and Torremolinos. It's also very close to the charming village of Alhaurin de la Torre. We are eagerly looking forward to our next trip to southern Spain when well definitely stay at this wonderful bed and breakfast again!

  Wonderful hosts, quiet relaxing place!

  The villa is located in the picturesque place towards the mountains view. It is very big, has a pool and free parking. The room is spacious and has heating and air conditioning. The bathroom is quite big and clean. The host (Laurence) is an amazing person: friendly, communicative and attentive to all the requests from the guests! P.s. To get to the villa you need a car.

  Lovely stay, very welcoming and warm. So helpful and couldn't offer enough! Beautiful surroundings! Recommend! Nice pool, peaceful and quiet, beautiful view of the mountains. The host was so warm. Brilliant.
