  Beautiful establishment with a very warm and welcoming feel. Was perfect for the relaxed gathering of friends with several spacious common areas. The rooms are very cozy and private. Great location - quiet part of town and within walking distance to many great restaurants.

  A great experience!

  Beautiful building with some great history in a convenient, central location in the uptown area. Couldnt have been more pleased with the room. Staff was very gracious in accommodating our group for the evening.

  Great Spot

  Needed the common space as well as rooms, was perfect for us! Beautiful spot, has a charming interior and its at an easy to access location in the city, lots to do within walking distance! Cant wait to stay again here!

  A Wonderful Comfortable Experience @ 75 Coburg St

  Chipman Hill Suites has a chain of beautiful Victorian Style buildings with rooms and suites to rent in Saint John. My stay is at the Coburg Street building. My room is so lovely - Victorian Style. Nice and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is all stocked with the toiletries I need. Lots of fresh towels. The room has a kitchenette stocked with everything I need to prepare snacks and small meals (dishes, utensils, appliances, pots, etc). Lots of closet space for my things. TV is huge and there are lots of great channels to watch. Wifi reception is very good. There is a laundry facility available on site so its perfect. The staff are so professional and very helpful and can be reached easily. I had to take advantage of their helpful service and they were so kind. They have beautiful common areas at this location but they are closed for use due to the Covid situation. This location has a parking area but it is walking distance to uptown where there is a lot of restaurants, shopping and historic places to see and visit (so dont need to use the car). I highly recommend Chipman Hill Suites - what a wonderful comfortable experience.

  We love staying here!

  One of the highlights of visiting Saint John is staying at Chipman Hill Suites. Everything is done so well. The buildings are beautiful and well-located. The rooms are comfortable and have everything we need. The staff are uniformly warm and friendly. During our last visit Margaret, Shianne, Nathalie and Marta were pleasant and made our visit that much better. I wish there were Chipman Hill Suites everywhere we went! Thanks everyone!
