  Budget hotel with good location

  Booked this hotel last min as we were only left with this choice. Checking in was hassle free. Hotel location is good with nearby massage place and food eateries. Only down side was air con not cold, probably need servicing. Other than that for a price of SGD41 for a triple room. I would say is value for money!

  Cheap and almost nasty

  Its so true that you get what you pay for. This is a "budget" hotel - in every sense of the word. Upside is that it caters for the absolute baseline necessities - clean sheets/bedding, clean towels, (visible) insect-free and relatively clean bathroom. The remainder is not so clean and while rooms are serviced daily if requested, it is but a 'wave of the magic duster and a vacuum wand'. Staff are a mixed bag. Half are very friendly and accommodating, the other half are the malaise-ful, minimum-possible-effort types that require a bomb under them to get them going - even then, with great reluctance. "Other Services" don't exist - but there are ample restaurants, cafes, etc in very close proximity. Wi-fi is free - but you pay nothing and get nothing - absolutely woeful ! If you're looking for a place to sleep only, and your wallet is feeling the pain, Clover Hotel is tolerable.

  Spacious Room

  The hotel is ok for the price. The room is small, the aircon is cold, the bed is comfy.. It is smart to get if you will just need a place to sleep after your tiring day... Just remember to bring your brush, shampoo and all.. they do not have it.. or they have shampoo and shower gel only and those are so small you get what you pay for.. just ok. there are nice foods around so it is a good choice as well..

  No frills budget hotel, cheap and clean

  Location : Very convenient in Permas town Room : Budget hotel, small but clean. No windows. Free wifi. Review : Good for a night sleep. Hotel is small and clean. Location is perfect. Outside abundance food options, hawkers, restaurants. Nearby manay massage parlours.

  Budget hotel. Basic amenities. Good location surrounding with nearby shopping mall, various shops and food restaurants and stalls. Unfortunately, had to change the room due electrical problems. Friendly reception.
