  Poor Room,dirty on floor and beds were not made..Garbage in cans and hair in bathtub and no coffee in room...

  Whoever is cleaning the room is in a rush or not doing there jib right.. Very disappointed customer.. Will not stay in this hotel anymore.. Or hire new staff.. Will not come back to this hotel ever again..

  Don't make it your first choice...

  We have been stuck in Brandon for a couple of days due to bad weather so we looked for a cheap and fair place to stay. This place is old and smelly. We had doubts right after we have crossed the doors and did not feel confident about our choice. Sofa is stained, rug is suspect. We double checked to make sure there were no bed bugs...luckily, no. Pool is not warm enough, spa has too much chlorine and it will ruin your bathing suit if it is cotton. Breakfast is basic, well that's ok but they got short of coffee, pancake batter or saucages every 5 minutes due to lack of service. Motel is pet friendly so we could ear dog barkings 3 or 4 rooms away. Our stay was NOT unpleasant but we would have paid a little more to choose better.

  Comfortable place for a decent price. Good staff.

  The place is comfortable, affordable, a little bit dated but overall not too bad. The staff treated me pretty well and the place is fairly close to restaurants and some other sites. The pool adds some nice aesthetics.

  Good Value; Clean and Quiet

  Actually 4 1/2 stars. We have stayed here several times as it is close to main shopping mall, good restaurants, and the city's main arena and curling rink, most of which are within walking distance. Greeted by two congenial fellows, registration took only a few minutes. While at the desk, it was obvious that updating has been done and the superb cleanliness of the entire place. The custodial staff should be commended for their meticulous efforts. We arrived late at night and left early in the morning so did not have time to take advantage of the very nice pool and dining areas (thus we cannot comment on what was available for breakfast) but both areas are quite spacious so crowding shouldn't be a problem (re: coronavirus pandemic). Another strong positive is the reasonable price charged for a well-supplied good-sized room (size options are available). Our room was delightfully clean and the bed was very comfortable which, coupled with the quietness, allowed for a great night's sleep. The work space area had WIFI hook-up. On the table were all the necessities for making coffee and an ice-bucket. One trivial concern arose -- it would have helped to have the instructions for the TV with an up-dated program guide to speed things along. The major flaw was that there was no elevator to the second floor but that proved to be a non-issue. When I phoned in our reservation, I asked about that and so we were given a room on the main floor. Problem solved!! Worthy of a return visit.

  WORSTE PLACE TO STAY IN BRANDON!!!

  This has to be the absolute WORSE place i EVER stayed in brandon!! And i only stayed the NIGHT! i cant believe it,i had a shower and 6 moldy tiles and a moldy slab of gyprock fell off the shower wall,looked like someone tried to paste it up moldy. Our desk was falling apart you could see the screws coming off the legs,not to mention they placed us and my sister in law in the different units?? Did they intentionally put us in a garabge room knowing it was going to break just soo they could take our money?? They said they werent going to take our damage,but as soon as we leave,they call back and tell us theyre taking it
