  Great place to stay

  Stayed here on a powered site, loved it! Although the facilities itself are not the flashiest, the cleanliness and friendly customer service made up for that! Nice and tidy facilities kids loved the hot pools & staff member was lovely Stayed around to assist us with a late checkin. We will definitely be back

  Another great stay!!

  We have stayed many times over the years and this is the first review I have made. We have tented, stayed in many room options as well as the self contained stand alone cottages and this visit we were in a motorhome, and yet again thoroughly enjoyed our stay. For us it is the close vicinity to the city (without traffic noise), access to the lake a couple of mins through private accessway, thermal pools, kai steamer, clean facilities and grounds and lovely staff that keeps us coming back. Thank you again to Cosy Cottage staff, we will be back!

  Amazing

  Always love our stays here! Definitely reccomended when in Rotorua. The hangi pit, the cleanliness, the spa pools and cold pool. Lovely receptionist. Over all enjoyable! Also town is very close by, and easily accessible.

  great place

  great place to stay make sure you arrive after lunch hard place to turn around. we arrived there and there was nobody there to open the gate we got kind of stuck. had to disconnect the trailer in order to turn around to find a camping ground that was open

  Very cosy

  Pleasantly surprised with our one night stay. Easy walk to eat street for dinner. Good amenities and clean. Nice kitchen area sheltered from wind. The walk to the lake hit water beach is lovely. Ideal for anyone really and there were not any rowdy parties a bonus had a great sleep.
