  My stay/staff was nice but the landscape/decor of the outside of the property was BAD.

  I've stayed here some years ago and I MUST say what a difference it was. Staff from check in until departure was GREAT. However I found it absurd that there's no discounted rate when housekeeping staff no longer clean rooms unless guest stays for 3 days. IMO guests are being cheated out of service and housekeepers now have less working hours. It was just awkward seeing the outer front entrance ceiling in need of DESPERATE repair and to look at the landscape all around the building in POOR condition in need of serious grooming. My grand kids enjoyed themselves at the pool. I hope the hotel has plans to fix the entrance outer ceiling as well as do the needed exterior landscaping around the ENTIRE building.

  Traditional Courtyard, accommodating staff

  This is a partially updated original-style Courtyard hotel (one built around an actual courtyard) and provides a good value for the price paid. Pros: The staff were friendly and accommodating. I appreciate how they managed keeping the pool open during COVID with a reservation system for guests. It wasn't perfect and some people stayed past their time, but overall the staff tried their best to make it work which I really appreciate. Other hotels don't even bother and just keep the pool closed to make it easy on the staff. Other positives include some rooms having balconies, a relatively quiet courtyard, you can park close to your room, and fairly priced breakfast options (love the egg white breakfast sandwich served with fresh fruit). I also appreciate the bathroom amenity pump bottles with the higher-end Paul Mitchell products as opposed to the small bottles. Cons: As others have mentioned, the building/landscaping is showing its age in some areas. While the room was clean, my balcony was nearly unusable since there was so much dirt built up on the furniture and on the ground. Older bathrooms/closets in the room but they were clean. Fairly small gym as well. Overall, a good value and would recommend if you're looking for something in a moderate price-point.

  Nice stay

  The hotel was decent and the staff was friendly. I really like the balcony seating area. It allowed family to visit and maintain social distancing.. I will definitely stay again. The only issue was out of the hotel's control. A guest was smoking marijuana and you could smell it in the hallways.

  Nothing special

  Stayed just 1 night that was enough check in had to wait 1 person doing check in when I arrived there was a line up and the woman had attitude was had to ask where breakfast was as I had paid the extra for this when she explained didnt sound very helpful or interesting. The room was comfortable and spacious but they really need to renovate walls damaged and in the bathroom the ceiling was patched up but not finished. Didnt use the swimming pool. Breakfast was actually ok had a burrito and coffee. Would I go back to this hotel no thank you

  What a hot mess!!

  Marriott used to be a respected name in all their hotels. This one must be run by complete idiots, police being called, very noisy guest, mold in my bathroom. Who wants to pay for this mess. They let anybody in and the people I saw looked like they were all drug addicts. I wont go back. They have a better stay at Motel 6. What a shame
