  Not worth the money

  Me and my partner stayed in the superior double room. We mentioned in the booking form that we would like a double bed but we got a twin bed instead. Even when we asked for it they refused to give us a room with double bed. There was also no locker/safe in the room (although mentioned on the website). We also didn't even get any sheets to cover ourselves at night. The bathroom is extremely small. The hotel is very run down. The management is very chaotic. The only positive aspect was the very friendly staff. Overall a big disappointment.

  Accommodation reasonable, Price good. No one spoke english in reception and i had to rely on my Indonesian friends somewhat for interpretation. Eventually I was able to get them to understand what milk was and chap went across the road to buy some for me. Breakfast was included and brought to the room. Gardens nice, no pool. I would stay there again

  Nice and simple

  Clean room, friendly staff. The place is on a side street just next the the Mataram Mall. There was a bit of traffic noise in the night. Price was good for what you get, did not try the included breakfast, but what I saw of it looked like a very nice Indonesian style dish.

  Decent traditional budget hotel

  Crown located in the heart of Mataram, very near to street food center of Pejanggik Road. It is a traditional hotel, not a modern city hotel, so you can imagine the design and ambience (lighting) is old. The staffs are friendly, but you need to remind them about your breakfast. The breakfast was fried rice and hot tea, and it was nice. The room quite clean, ac is working, tv is working, there are towels and amenities. But the smell is not good because of previous guests smoking in the room. We book from booking.com just for usd24 for superior double room.

  Good location

  This hotel is located within the walking distance to Mataram mall. Indomaret is just about 100 meters away and there is a also a local convenient store opposite. Hotel condition is OK, with hot shower and air-cond. Plenty of street food within 100 meters. Staff is friendly and helpful.
