  disgusting nightmare!

  So this is not a ''hotel'' but a summer camp for students....a place with no elementary sanitary conditions.Once We (me and my mom) arrived, we realized the hotel doesnt correspond to the photos. We expected a 3 stars hotel as in the description ; actually the bar and restaurant were 2. Lobby too dirty. Personal too rude. We waited for 4 hours to get in our room. We booked a room for 2 people but we were given 4 beds. We received a totally dirty , dusty old room, with no working internet , tv and on the top of it NO HOT WATER except in the morning until 8 clock! We payed for all inclusive and we had many expectations as we've been to other Bulgarian hotels in the past . But again a extremely bad surprise: Food is just awful: cold, no taste, frozen pizza and fries mostly. Waiters arent wearing any uniforms. The dishes weren't well cleaned. Flies on the food and dust on the floor. Old juice and coffee devices. When we asked the manager about the cold water problem, she just said that on summer we dont need hot water...she was too rude..didn't want to listen to our needs. At night music played until 12pm even mostly of family tourists were asking to stop . The hotel explained that they wont stop the music because they have a contract with the international student camp. No sleep during the short staying in there. We paid for the internet but actually it didnt work in the room except lobby. We (me and mom) had to interrupt our holiday because it was unbearable!!! This so called ''hotel'' doesnt deserve its stars and the money paid. Just awful!

  It is not even close to 3 stars! Better spend more money but stay in a good place.

  Lets start from the beginning: 1) ARRIVING We arrived at 07:00 in the morning and met the sleeping young guy at reception. He was not really happy about us, you know, we disturbed his sleep. We knew that the check-in starts at 14:00 so we wanted to leave the luggage in the hotel and go see the sea. We were offered a room just behind the reception where anybody could enter, we left there only the cheap stuff because it was very suspicious place. Of course after a long road we wanted to go to WC, and it was a real nightmare, I am not a spoiled kid, lived in the countryside, but in this WC you just could not breathe, everything was dirty, and even the doors were damaged a lot (by some drunk people I think). 2) CHECK-IN When the check-in started there were a lot of people that waited a lot of time, just like us. They all stayed crowded and waited anxious for their rooms. The receptionist could not speak English properly, nor Russian (the most popular languages that I met there). He could not explain to people how the check-in will work, and to dissolve the crowd. First he mixed up our room with of a family, because we had the same surname (he was too lazy to write the first name too, which would have solved the problem instantly). After we were given that family's room we waited one more hour to get everything straight. 3) ROOM Everything is dirty, walls, beds, furniture, pillows, bathroom (higher level of dirty). The furniture is broken and poorly repaired, the light is very dim, the balcony door can not be properly closed. The devices are all in a poor state (except from refrigerator which looked nice, worked nice). The TV there was very tiny and had 5 TV channels, 4 in Bulgarian and 1 in Russian. The air conditioner was not cleaned from the first day of installation. The mattresses were just springs and some textile. 4) BATHROOM The toilet and shower are just divided by a curtain. No shower cabin. If you shower then be careful, because the water is going directly on the floor, and can go to the room too. And after the shower if anybody wants to go to the toilet he must wait for the water to go, or he must swim a little. By the way, the smell in the bathroom is awful, it goes from the drain, we were covering it with the trash bin when not using the shower. If the toilet paper ends you must explicitly ask for more from the maids. 5) RESTAURANT & BAR (BOTH ARE 2 STARS, IT IS WRITTEN IN THOSE ROOMS) Almost all the food is awful, even the fresh vegetables are not fresh. The pizza is kind of acceptable, but you will get tired of it also. When there appeared fries all the people stayed in row for them, because they tasted like food. The bar has beer, wine, whiskey, cola, Fanta, Sprite. All these are of the poorest quality, we tried the beer and after it we never drank it from there. The beverages are just diluted, not even close to the real beverages, and are that cold so you can not feel that they are fake. 6) DOCTOR Do not go to the doctor if you do not have a real problem. My friend went to the doctor as he had something stuck in his eye, went with the insurance. The doctor quickly looked in his eye and said that what he had already exited and he just has the feeling and prescribed some eye drops. Everything was fine until he said that the insurance does not work and he must pay 30 euros for the 2 minute consultation. He did not prevent about it before the examination. So be careful, ask the price before getting the services from the doctor. THE GOOD THINGS I think it is very cheap, like very very cheap, that is why there were a lot of Polish teenagers that were like in a camp. The location I think is good too. I think that these are all the good things. I have more bad things, but I already wrote an entire essay here, so I think it is enough, have a good vacation, but not in this hotel :)

  The worst "so called" hotel. Officially zero stars in Dana park, and proudly no needed. A/C didnt work, it takes 3 days to change a room. When it was raining, water came into room - personal said it is on my responsibility. All inclusive: food was junk for pigs. Alcohol was cheapest possible, maybe even selfmade. Vodka and Whisky - same taste, different color. Strongly recommend to choose any other hotel. Not Dana-group hotels, Dana, Dana-park, Tserepovets. If needed something good to say - cannot say anything. And I am very positive person.

  Worst place ever!

  I went here a couple of years ago, it might have changed, but since the family who owned it was so rude and disrespectful of their guests, I can't imagine it changing enough. - they rented it the pool, for watersports, so it was available from 12.00 to 17.00 when it was shut down for the evening. -the buffet was so Discusting, and the kitchensstaff had loose hair, filthy clothes and bare feet. -no room service, at all! We had to buy our own Toiletpaper, because "the maid has it and she will be here tomorrow". Need any more reason to stay as far away as possible?

  Cheap hotel budget holiday don't get me wrong but my god this place is filth .. all inclusive food wow never are there drinks wer ridiculous bottled and tasted vile .. staff completely rude dnt speak English tried gettin us pay ,20 each so 80 for 'smoking in room' which we didn't n had to argue the fact .. which is why I would not recommend this hotel cleaners well never once cleaned the room or changed the beds didn't even have an ash tray out side so we put cigs out in plastic cup put the cup in the bin inside room as was no bin outside and the cleaners from us doing that sed wed been smoking in room I was furious.. I slept under the air con which was leaking water out on me which is very dangerous and I've been advised I can sue them for this be aware I mean Holden sands is cheap enough but this hotel should really be shut down
