  Had a great stay

  Excellent budget hotel. Excellent rate. Comfortable bed, clean room, hot water working fine. I was able to easily connect, and stay connected, to the WiFi. Free continental breakfast was good enough for a budget hotel, but there are other breakfast options in the area if you want open your wallets a little instead. Conveniently located in downtown Somerset and right off the PA Turnpike. A worthwhile place to stay if you are traveling on a budget.

  everything was fine except the bed

  great location, newly remodeled room with fridge and a small freezer section, WiFi was great, ice machine worked but the bed was terrible, hard as rock and I slept terrible. 2 queen size beds, I tried them both, both were bad in room 209.

  Excellent value in Somerset

  We stayed for 1 week in Somerset to hike and sight-see in the area. We don't need any luxuries so I was astonished to fine such a great value with fine reviews. The reception desk staff are all friendly and helpful, checkin and checkout were uneventful, rooms are clean with comfortable beds, small refrigerator, good WiFi, and good breakfast (cereal, waffles, eggs, pastries) Shampoo provided in room. If you want more amenities than that, go ahead and pay twice the price or bring your own hand lotion. We thought it was a great deal

  not condusive for sleep

  the room was clean or at least it smelled nice and fabreezed . There was half empty shampoo bottle in shower that tells me wasn't too clean. staff was very nice at check in. breakfast is the basic coffee , cereal juice and a waffle maker, nothing fancy. set up was in lobby which i must say was kept clean. however this place is not made for sleep all through the night there was this godawful noise that vibrated the room and sounded like freight train driving through. i tried to ask the clerk at the desk in the morning what it was thinking maybe heater was my room near utilities but he kinda just nodded as i spoke so that was pointless

  Afraid of covid? Don't stay here

  The hotel manager greeted us with a mask under his chin. He eventually pulled it up to cover his mouth, but not his nose, as he checked us in. The other guests we saw did the same. Masks are legally required here, but they only work if you take them seriously and wear them properly. No hand sanitizer at front desk either. The hotel also smells strongly of cigarette smoke.
