  Excelente hotel

  Muy buen hotel donde se puede descansar después de un largo día de trabajo. El hotel dispone de gimnasio, piscina y al parecer dispone de unas excelentes instalaciones (se ven vas Arantxa clientes externos al hotel). Check in perfecto, señoritas muy amables y check out rápido y eficaz! El desayuno simplemente excelente, huevos al gusto, fiambres y frutas además del típico desayuno inglés. Cruasanes muy ricos, por cierto. El restaurante bastante bien, menú amplio y con carta variada de vinos a precios asequibles. La habitación muy cómoda, buena insonorización, cafetera nesspreso y un colchón excelente que asegura un descanso perfecto. El personal muy amable, hasta un empleado de recepción que paso por el pasillo se ofreció a llevarme la maleta, muy de agradecer. Felicito al personal de este establecimiento y por supuesto a la Dirección. Lo recomiendo, sin dudar a aquellos viajeros que se encuentren por la zona de Kent.

  Disappointing trip away.

  This place is very disappointing and dated. So first we went to our room and found dirty bedding (hair and marks on the bedding) we went to reception and actually got downgraded as we lost a fridge and coffee machine. We then went to lunch, which we had to wait for ages as all waitresses were walking past pretending they did not see us until I said something. When we finally got the food the burger was so dry. It seems as though you only get treated as a guest if you are a golfer. Staff were late collecting us for swimming pool (can book an hour slot so book it before you go) the hotel (or website) did not inform us that the sauna, steam room and tubs were not in operation, we would not of stayed here if we knew this. Was charged for room service however no such charge was on the menu when I ordered it. Breakfast was late (waited an hour) for cold food with the sausages with foil marks on them. And to top it off upon checking out the hotel had a stench of cannabis in hallways. Luckily we were offered our room service charge complementary. However I would not have paid the extra charges anyway as these charges were not advertised. It seems like you have to chase up the staff as they constantly forget. Not a relaxing stay in the slightest.

  can only see positives

  The staff were excellent from the moment we arrived to the moment we left , we stayed as a small celebration for my wifes 60th Birthday , the room was very clean , the food was great and the lad who seemed to run the cast iron restaurant on Tuesday 27th October was brilliant . The Swimming pool and massage treatments were perfect, well organised ( Covid Etc ) punctual and exactly as described and expected . Overall i am so pleased we did not let one or two mixed reviews put us off as we will defo want to return to this excellent hotel in the future hopefully next time when it does not rain incessantly

  NOT VEGAN FRIENDLY

  Currently staying in here due for work. Hotel is clean enough and staff super friendly. Rooms looks like they were last decorated in the 70s. Nice hotel but dont stay if you have dietary requirements. I told them I was vegan and for breakfast I was given a cucumber sandwich and a breakfast bar with both dairy and honey in it.... So sadly cant eat here. But otherwise! Its clean.

  Amazing Marriott style service

  We visited the restaurant at Tudor park to take a look at the hotel as a whole for potential family to use in the future. As soon as we entered the lobby, we were greeted with Marriott warmth and friendliness exemplary of the customer service the brand prides itself on. We were directed to the restaurant where we enjoyed great service and food and then we explored the property and the grounds. The rooms appear comfy, the recreation facilities are wonderful, the grounds and golf course are stunning and well maintained and the cleanliness was impressive across the board. We cannot wait to enjoy this gem after lockdown ceases!
