  Not a four star hotel

  Generally, it was ok, but not for four stars and for this price. The building is old, but well maintained. It has a nice charm of old buildings... The room was nice, clean and warm. Internet was not working. Meals are served in Hotel Vita, where is also pool and wellnes area. It is about 5 min walking. The food was ok, but nothing special. Pool was very crowded and you could just stand in, but it was a bit better in outside pool, since it rained. Wellnes - saunas were very nice, large area with nice view on the forest. And there were not so many people. The surrounding of the hotel is very nice - a lot of options for different walks or cycling, you can get a map at the reception. The staff could be a bit friendlier - they did not care, if internet was not working and on the day we left, the cleaning lady was already checking the mini bar at 9 am, as she would hardly wait for us to leave.

  Beautiful Place

  A very beautyful natural area with fantastic old trees and great walking possibilities. The thermal water is very beneficial and we were very pleased with our pleasant room in the depandance. For younger travellers we would much recommend this house, although you will have to take a 2-minute walk to the main hotel for the spa. We forgot a rain jacket in the room and the hotel posted it to us very promply. Thank you for your great service.

  Depandance Vila Higiea

  Rooms are not for 4 stars,but they are not bad, Food is exelent. Service is exelent. There is a lot to do and if you are there you will have always something to do. I have a realy good time there. At weekend they have life music and you may dance. Ther you may drink special natural water. If you want to have fun this is the place when it is possible. But always depence from you.

  Couple weekend getaway

  We stayed here during the weekend as a special couples package. The room was decent. But the TV does not have some of the channels listed in the hotel guide and one of the champagne glasses wasnt clean. The spa has a really nice variety of saunas. In addition, the massage included in the package was pleasantly relaxing. There is a small number of swimming pools to chose from. The buffet food served is mediocre. The choice is above average but the taste is a bit bland. The romantic dinner included in the package is a bit of a joke. Ill just say the dinner is not really romantic when your table is squeezed next to a salad bar and a huge table of other people. Not to mention the loud and distasteful music. Overall a very average experience. There could be more value for the money I paid.

  Really not 4*

  I was her for medical treatment and rooms are really, really from the ancient history. Equipment very, very, very old, dated, broken. The bathroom old, broken, small. Every day struggle for towels and more toilet paper as they were not enough. Very bad cleaning, I had to warn about changing sheets after 8 days. My room was fortunatelly spacious, but I saw one room that was so small that you couldn't even turn. And there were 2 persons in it and wit only one wardrobe. Shame. Ahd the vila is not locked and has no reception (not even over night), so anyone can come inside. This is not safe at all. The vila needs renovation from top to bottom. Other services we had in notel Vita. Medical center is great, food is nothing special but good. The park there is awsome and it is really relaxing to walko throug the park.
