  ¡Muy buen hotel!

  El hotel nos ha provisto de una muy buena estadía. La habitación no fue realmente impresionante pero el servicio ha sido muy amable. Tuvimos cerveza gratis y bebidas al alcance de la mano, además de la piscina. Hubieron fiestas cada noche: para los amantes de las fiestas nocturnas como nosotros es genial.

  Horrible

  I only can tell that this was the worst Hotel i ever been. Dirt, dirt and dirt again. There is nothing you can touch without gloves. Although we have prepaid for our room, we didn't complete the check in, but instead just left.

  Sad! Deserves not 1 star

  Charged 170$ for 1 night in this 4 star hotel. In reality it deserves no stars. Dirty. Not taken care of. We have spotted 3 rats in the garden last night....believe it or not. Pictures from our room Nr 1201. Shame on who is in charge of this hotel!!!!

  Terrible facility and amenities

  There are many flaws with this hotel. First, the room lacks basic amenities that even 3-star hotels in Vietnam would have, namely: water boiler, coffee, tea, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, flipflops for use in room or out in the beach. Second, the rooms furniture quality is terrible: flaws in the wardrobe, bedsheet is dirty, couch is dirty. Third, food option and/or dining service is terrible. You basically have to buy the all-inclusive package to eat 3 buffet meals a day, else there is no option for you to eat at the resort, which means you have to pay at least 100,000 VND for taxi to eat elsewhere, or $40 for one buffet meal. You cant order food (pay per item) to eat in your room or down at the restaurant. Last but not least, this isnt the hotels fault, but just to keep in mind, there are sooooo manyyyy Russians here that if you are Asian (even Vietnamese) you will feel like you are in another country.

  Two night stay (last minute)

  We booked this hotel after discovering how bad our other hotel was, when travelling north to south in Vietnam. We read the reviews and were a bit put off but never the less we ignored the bad reviews and went. The room and view were just amazing, and very cosy. The staff were very informative and friendly. The food at the hotel was amazing (buffet format), lots of choice and many different types of food. The hotel was clean and the pools were great, especially the relaxing pool. The beach is absolutley stunning, the sea is very clear and it has a long stretch of gorgeously soft white sand. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and a nice break to have all inclusive for a couple of days. The only negative for us would be the amount of focus the hotel has on Russians. We had no idea what any of the entertainment was about and absolutley nothing was in English what so ever, but we didn't mind and enjoyed it none the less.
