    EXCELENTE SERVICIO

    el servicio para la habitación siempre fue a tiempo. En el caso del desayuno los alimentos siempre fueron los mismos. Para la petición de alimentos durante el evento también fue en tiempo solo que la persona que nos atendió no esperó a tener las hojas de todos los que estaban en el salón y tuve que salir a buscarlo para entregarla, aunque se disculpó por ello.

    3 Day Stay :)

    Double tree 175 Hutchinson Ave..check in time 4:30 p.m. Thurs., perfect no problems..got my room key, wasn't offered a warm chocolate chip cookie, stayed on the 2nd floor of the hotel...with 21 other great indivual business aquantiances..only two of the three elevators...which never got swept and had handprints all over... worked most of the stay..sometimes only one worked...idk...it wasn't as clean as I had hoped, I have cleaned houses and worked for a hotel in the past...I was expecting the BEST..especially now of what we all are going thru.. and going to get thru together....I did see almost everyone wearing masks, which was great, however I did see one person come out of the kitchen area...wearing their mask as a chin diaper, carrying plates and forks, very politely he did say "Good Morning", I thank you for that..but I think you understand..the employees on the other hand, they were actually pretty awesome! Very understanding, patient, polite, clean...which is great..and I again thank you for that...I do hope that for future guests that the inside shows what the outside says..Hilton.

    Don't sleep to tight

    You may want to use a hair dryer prior to going night night to see if you have unexpected guest. Once advising the front desk, they gave quarters to wash my laundry and provided a new room.. This place isn't the cleanest and it's pretty outdated.. these are photos from a friends visit..

    The good, bad & the ugly

    The good- I booked a single room and found it to be a good rate. Check in experience was excellent, and Nate was very helpful all night. I called to ask for a crib, and it was delivered and set up in my room when I returned. The room was also very clean and the bed was very comfortable. In the morning, I stopped at the indoor pool to have a nice soak in the hot tub. The pool and spa water was clean and clear, and the jets were all working and quite strong! The bad- There were quite a few maintenance problems that need addressed. Water temperature was not quite hot enough, and there was paint peeling on the ceiling above the shower. The walls were definitely in need of some paint touch-ups and the PTAC unit was a bit noisy. Biggest maintenance issue for me was the exterior access doorways that didn't always open/close properly, which would allow people to come inside without using a key. Finally, I had an unannounced visit from one of the front desk agents while I was sitting down in my room updating my resume. He did apologize to me, apparently he was unaware that I had extended my stay for a second night. The ugly- The furnishings of the hotel are WAY outdated, giving a very drab overall impression. In addition, one of the walls had been patch painted and the paint color didn't match. The carpet in the corridors was clean and well maintained, but it also had a dated (think cheesy 70's style neon rainbows) look to it. I had to hold back my laughter when I saw it! Overall, my experience wasn't terrible. Nate's helpful and pleasant attitude definitely saved this review from being worse. At the very affordable rate, I would be willing to stay here again only if the overall maintenance and security issues were fixed.

    Housekeepers are Thieves

    We stayed at this hotel on 3-10-2021. We left clothes in the closet, and called and left a message soon after checkout. Two days and 8 unreturned phone calls later we were finally told that nothing from our room was turned in by the housekeeper. Absolutely terrible guest service and employees who steal. Stay anywhere but this otherwise mediocre (at best) property.
