  Great hotel. Friendly service

  We stayed here whilst visiting family members living here. The hotel was very nice, comfortable room and beds. The hotel staff where very welcoming and friendly. The roof top restaurant served great food and drinks. Breakfast was good. The krempita was the best Ive ever had. Great place to stay parking secure close to main center of town. Would stay again if ever back there.

  Good hotel near football stadium

  I stayed here for 2 nights. I was in Zenica to watch football, a league game. From my room you could see the stadium. The national team of Bosnia play here too. The hotel is OK. The front reception staff are excellent. My room was fine and had everything I needed. The breakfast was ok but was not replenished. On the 2nd night I got back to the hotel early and fancied a beer. The receptionist told me where to go. I got to the bar and the look on the bar girls face when I asked for a beer was really bad. Her attitude was poor as if to say what on earth do you want. She said there was no beer and this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. Her attitude was terrible and I mentioned this on check out. Overall the hotel was pkayed. It's really handy for the stadium. Zenica is an industrial town and I would recommend staying in the town for 1 night only. It's about 50 minutes to Sarajevo.

  Excellent price, excellent service

  Nothing bad to say about Hotel Dubrovnik: extremely clean room, a huge double bed, excellent breakfast and vallet parking !!! We had no worrries during the 2 day stay and the staff at the reception is super well informed, extremely prompt and more than willing to help with just about anything you desire. I was totally impressed with their willingness and positive attitude! The Dubrovnik restaurant is right across the street from the hotel, and is very good. They specialise in fish but have a broad array of meat dishes and sweets. I always have tons of kaymak when in Bosnia, so theirs was good, I also had the beef carpaccio excellently cut and super tasty and, as a second course, I had a reinterpretation of a kebab. Humongous portion but tasty. Highly recommend the restaurant as the prices are extremely down to earth.

  Perfectly Unpretentious and Functional

  We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Dubrovnik for 8 nights in the apartment/suite. The hotel is wonderfully unpretentious and functional. The suite was very spacious, with a living room and kitchenette, and a separate bedroom. It can comfortably sleep a family of four - there is a king size bed in the bedroom and a large sofa in the living room. TVs are available in both rooms with a good selection of local and foreign channels, and the kitchenette is equipped with sufficient cutlery, glasses and crockery. There are no coffee/tea making facilities, which would have been a nice added touch. The mini bar fridge is well stocked and big enough to use for storing additional food. It also has a small ice compartment. The rooms were decorated with some lovely Bosnian artefacts. The bathroom is also quite large and has lots of counterspace. Towels were changed daily and it was cleaned to a very high standard. The service at the hotel was impeccable. All of the reception staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. Everyone spoke fluent English and no request was difficult. The staff in the restaurant were equally wonderful and made us feel very comfortable and looked after. We had breakfast included in our room rate and enjoyed a huge variety of hot and cold options every morning, including the famous Bosnian "pura" (made of polenta). Breakfast was served from 7am to 10am in the Trubadur restaurant, although the hotel also has a nice summer terrace that is in use during the warmer months. The hotel is conveniently located only 5 minutes away from the main street in Zenica, and a very short walk from the largest shopping centre across the bridge. Parking is available and access by car is very easy. Several shops and cafes are also part of the hotel complex. The Mimoza cafe serves delicious cakes and pastries - a must try. We were pleasantly surprised and very impressed with Hotel Dubrovnik in all respects: the room, the service, the location and the food. Although it is rated a 4 star hotel, we found it to be 5 stars and would happily stay there again.

  Estupenda ubicación, buen servicio y muy bien la habitación . Me encanta encontrar buenos sitios donde descansar y disfrutar de la ciudad. Ahora al partido y que gane BiH. Tengo que completar doscientos caracteres
