  The hotel near the airport

  I had a very good room. Hotel looks new and have very good facilities. It is quite big and it is just of the sea. Staff are very kind. It very close the airport. Wifi was a little bit slow, and not enough plugs in the room to recharge phone and others.

  Compliment

  Stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed..big room with a spectacular view ( I stayed 11th floor). They do have a wide spread of buffet and friendly staff. Lots of construction going on around the resort(other projects) as for now n it should be well developed in few months time( maybe in Q3-4 2020) but it does effect my stay as it is far apart.

  Average - Not 5 Star

  We write this whilst still in our room. In summary, this is not a 5 star hotel, and it has a long way to go to reach the likes of other competing hotels. Within the first few hours we were close to leaving to Radisson Blu or Anam , but persevered in the hope it would get better... it didnt.... To start.. no complimentary airport pickup pick up despite the hotel being 20mins away.. yet they run a complimentary shuttle to nan trang (40 mins away) multiple times daily. The room was a premium room, which was quite nice in size and quality. However, the patio space was lacking sun beds and umbrellas, rendering the space kind of useless. Also if you walked beyond the frosted section of glass you could look through the now clear glass and straight into the patio of your neighbor . Whether the building work had finished or not, the glass was filthy and the wooden sections of the patio still had some nails not completely hammered in, and wood at different levels. The rooms also lacked plug sockets for devices. We had to move the kettle to the bathroom. The housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the water restocked but we found them a little late in the day considering it was a premium room. The breakfast if you have it included was actually quite nice. It had lots of options for drinks and food, but was lacking local Vietnamese items. The in room dining was the only thing we could find which had local food. There was lots of space and no queuing for breakfast, but this maybe was because it was just after Christmas Day. The gardens are nice to walk through, and there is also a free buggy service. This was hit and miss. We also found the drivers of both the taxi buggys and the service vehicles lacked respect for those using the pathway and expected us to just jump out of the way when coming through. We are in our early 30s, but I would hate to think about older people having to step off the path quickly because they would not make the effort or create space to walk past. This also did not feel like a service and was more a chore to those working it. The pools were nice, and there was space, again maybe because of Christmas. The pool drink service was non existent and required us to self order. The pool attendants also werent helpful, and we had to set up our own umbrella and move our beds. The beach was nice, and they had an on duty life guard who was very diligent in keeping people safe which was nice to see. The beach was clean in comparison to the surrounding areas, however the attendant didnt appear to be helpful in removing garbage as it washed ashore. We watched multiple guests pick up rubbish that was in there way whilst swimming and move to the beach, and the attendant just sat there. There was also no bean bags under the palm tress to relax in which was advertised in the pictures. Having stayed at other hotels with 5 stars, we can honestly say that this failed to meet expectations. Thats not to say it doesnt have the potential. We believe it has the ingredients, but there needs to be a greater focus on the details, and a step up in the services provided.

  Need to look after western guests

  Stayed 4 nights at this resort with my brothers family - (8 of us), ate every night at the resort and spent $250 usd every night yet I found this place so impersonal in that this place does not cater for westerners- no manager made an effort get to know us and make us feel welcome. This place just has no idea about customer service .. so disappointing, as next time we will stick to western style ; star accomodation

  We would love to come back and recommend to friends & family

  Me and my boyfriend stayed only one night for my birthday trip. Our first impression was the majestic front gate and smell of perfume was so so good when we walked into reception. We were welcomed by delicious drinks and early checked in to our premium room with garden view. The room was lovely, big bathroom with bathtub which fixed both of us :D, lovely sofa and comfortable bed, there were 2 chairs and table outdoor to chill. We didn't wait for buggy long cause buggy service here was excellent! After checked in, we came to the pool number 2 which near by the beach and restaurant. It was so quiet there, we took a nap after swimming time. At evening time we had a quick walk to the beach and around our room's area. It was my birthday so they arranged a plate of birthday cake and delivered to room which super kind!!! My birthday cake looked amazing as its taste. Thanks so much for this wonderful benefit. The breakfast was a la cart menu (not buffet due to not many guests in-house). There were many more western food than asian ones. Our foods and drinks were served very well. We had full bellies after tho. All staffs are friendly and kind, beautiful scenery and serene atmosphere. Love this place <3
